Excellent service all round
Third phone I have purchased and as usual and excellent service, super quick delivery and perfect phone. They did send the wrong charger for it but a new charger arrived the very next day. No hesitation in recommending.

Phone is immaculate
Phone is immaculate. Delivered on time, I missed the first visit but re-deliver was instantly arranged. This is my third phone from them and all have been lime buying new, but at a much better price point. It is great for the environment so I feel I am doing my part.

This is the second iPhone I have bought from this firm - this time for a daughter.
Again, I can't tell it from a brand new phone and the battery capacity is 100%.

This is my second phone purchased from Quick Fone, both in top condition when received. Phone well packed. Only a small point but the presentation is not as good as last phone as didn’t come in a Quick Fone box as last time, just a brown cardboard box and bubble wrap

Bought a phone a year ago from them. Excellent service. My daughter cracked the screen, I enquired to see if they could fix it. They could! Sent it, waited 3 days, phone came back good as new. They done a fantastic job. Top notch customer service, even a year later

Top Quality Service
The Price of the phone was better than the competition, the condition was EXCELLENT and exactly as described, the speed with which it was despatched very good and the communication superb.
After a couple of days,, I decided the phone was physically to big for my day to day use and requested to return it.
The reply was punctual and polite and helpful, with no pressure to change my mind... which I then DID!
I can honestly say, it was a pleasure dealing with them and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Good phone overall, and def value for money
Phone arrived within the mentioned timescale. It looks great, hardly see a scratch. Been using it for 4 weeks now and still works well, oh sometimes voice messages are quite quiet despite turning volume up but that doesn't bother me and it's ok if I use headphones. Battery doesn't last day and a half like a new one, but it lasts one day which is good enough for me. I've activated battery saver option and it last more than a day.

Generally a very nice company to deal with, absolutely no problems with any of my questions, my Samsung phone which is refurbished looks and works just like a new phone, I would definitely order again from this company..

Quick delivery, all good, except the earphones.
Quick delivery, phone in perfect condition. Early indications are that the battery is good too.
Edit: .... however, the supplied earphones are utter, utter rubbish. Literally the worst I've ever used. Terrible, terrible sound quality, uncomfortable in the ear, a complete waste. They're going in the bin. I tried them on two devices, and with and without the USB-3.5mm jack adapter.
I'd rather have paid a pound less for the phone and not received them. Or even not paid less, and not contributed to landfill. Seriously, there's no point supplying rubbish like this when the rest of your offering is so good.
That said, the 3.5mm jack to USB adapter might come in useful.
