Phones came in Retail Demo Mode.
They sent me a Google Pixel 6 that was in great condition, but unusable because it was stuck in Retail Demo Mode. I'm not sure what that means about where they get their phones, but it's not a good look.
Against my better judgement I returned the phone and asked them to send a replacement, because I was pressed for time. Unbelievably the exact same thing happened again, despite the fact I asked them to double check before they sent it.
I returned it again and asked for a full refund, which I eventually got. The entire saga took just over 2 weeks from my first order, until the refund was issued; which was stressful and obviously I was without a new phone for that time.
I've given them a second star just because both returns were free and a relatively easy process. They didn't quibble about either one. But that's about as good as the experience got.

My second phone form QwikFone in two years. Impressed by both the quality and the back up service. Both phones have been in very good as new condition, without a mark on them as far as I could see. Prices are good, and I know from my first purchase that the guarantee will be honoured very promptly if necessary. I can't fault the quality or service I have had.

Quick services and quality customer service
I took to them my HP laptop which had got audio issues but l was surprised that it was fixed with in a space of any 30 minutes and on very a low charge. Their customer service is top notch. I strongly recommend them.

Perfect phone at a great price
Ordered Samsung Note 20 Ultra and phone delivered was in new condition and arrived on time.
I've bought refurb before but only from Music Magp, but this company was £40 cheaper. However, I was a bit nervous, especially as the condition was described as 'fair'.
Surprised and delighted to receive what appears to be a brand new and unused phone, that still had the original Samsung S20 Ultra logo film on screen and around phone edges.
Amazing phone at an amazing price, and with three teenagers at home we will defo use this company again! Really exceeded expectations :)

Why buy new, this refurbished phone is just as good
Bought a Pixel 6a for sons birthday as first phone, didn't want to buy new and actually why would you - the phone received cannot be distinguished from a brand new one! Only difference is the packaging (which is also excellent) and you get a charger, which you don't with a new one. Phone arrived quickly and very securely packaged, looks and works as if factory new, so very happy and would definitely recommend, especially as also the best price I found anywhere for this phone. Win-win all round!

Refurbished Galaxy S20
Just received my refurbished Galaxy S20 5G. You would not know it is a second hand item, absolutely spotless and works as expected. Would recommend to anyone, no need to pay for a brand new device when the refurbished ones are this good

Very good experience
Very good experience. The phone was in perfect condition, packaged well and included all expected accessories. Postage and delivery was very quick. Still early ish days but as far as I can tell it's exactly as advertised and the battery is holding up as expected. I was slightly cautious about buying a reconditioned phone but this exceeded my expectations

Exceptional Phone, Exceptional Experience
I've been using the amazing and bulletproof Samsung Galaxy S9 for over 4 years now but I wanted to change to a newer phone at the end of my contract.
However, the higher-end, S-series Samsung phones are now priced at over £1000! So it was either £1000 upfront or £40 a month on contract (I was paying only £25 per month).
Two years ago, when renewing my contract, I downgraded to a Galaxy A52 (which was the same price as my S9) to keep costs down but it was clunky and awful in comparison so I sold it and stuck to my old S9.
This time, I knew I wanted to go for a higher-end S-series phone however, the prices were prohibitive and they seem to discontinue models after 2 years or so now so I couldn't get an older model for a cheaper price.
I was hesitant about a refurbished phone but realized that might be my only option and after reading Qwikfone's excellent reviews, I took a chance...
I had originally wanted the Galaxy S22 or S23 ultra for screen shape, size and sleekness but couldn't afford them so I found the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra instead which is so similar in appearance and performance and comes in a beautiful copper colour.
I googled the specs/reviews to compare and many were saying it's every bit as good as the S22 (in some areas better) and Quikfone were selling one in "like new" condition for just £340!
I ordered it and it arrived the next day. I've been using it daily now since May (so over 4 months) and I am thrilled with it!
I'm certain this phone has NEVER been used. I am so fussy and notice even the tiniest things and, trust me, it is in perfect, new condition.
Not only that, there were different versions made for the UK and the US and the UK version used a slower processor.
This one is actually the faster, US model so that was an extra, unexpected bonus!
This phone also has a microSD slot to support extra external storage which, for me, was a bonus over the newer S22 and S23 ultra phones as I hate the idea of relying on limited internal memory.
The phone didn't come in its original Samsung box but came with the necessary accessories and was perfectly packaged.
It's possible that the stylus pen might have been changed or replaced as the copper color is ever so slightly different but that may be normal (it's slightly curved against a flat bottom so it's difficult to tell) but even if so, it works perfectly and the phone itself is utterly perfect so I am over the moon with it.
Buy with confidence from Qwikfone and don't pay over the odds for the newest versions. They have stopped selling this spectacular phone on most retail sites now but it was only released in 2020 so it's not that old. It's really just a marketing ploy to get you to buy the overpriced new versions.
This has all current updates and will definitely last me 4 years and I've now been able to switch to a sim-only plan at £10 a month instead of an S22 on contract for £40 a month. Thank you Qwikfone!!

I would buy from them again
First the product, I bought a Pixel 6A and it arrived in a quality box and I couldn't find a mark on it. It might as well have been in the manufacturer's box but £80 cheaper than new elsewhere.
Second, you find out how good a company is when you have a problem. The delivery by Royal Mail was not the next day service but took 2 days and not straightforward. When I approached QwikFone they immediately apologised and issued me with a £10 refund for my trouble.
Many companies hide behind 'bots' and email addresses so to be able to call a real live person is a real bonus
