They have an friendly and a super fast Service Team. My Questions got answered Pretty quick. The delivery process was a Little Bit clumsy but it wasn‘t the fault of Phase so it’s alright. The Products came safely Packaged in a clean Design and they Seem to work Pretty good on me so Far

Bin mit dem Kundensupport absolut zufrieden und hab schon mal bestellt mit schneller Lieferung.
Ich will nur klarstellen das dieses Unternehmen absolut KEIN Scam ist, wie hier behauptet wurde- das Team hat einfach viel zu tun im Moment aufgrund von sehr hoher Nachfrage. Das wurde uns natürlich offen kommuniziert im Discord server, wo man mit dem Team direkt kommunizieren kann. Außerdem hatte DHL ein Paar Probleme in letzter Zeit, was natürlich die Lieferung verzögert hat.
Auf jeden Fall ist dieses Unternehmen legit und sehr fleißig dabei, alle Bestellungen abzuarbeiten. Ich würde sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen und weiterhin von ihnen bestellen.

Dritte Bestellung erhalten! Alles ohne Probleme gelaufen. Wartezeit war bekannt. Danke

I just placed my 4th order today. This means I have received and tested some of the products that Phase is offering.
Are there some delays in delivery? Yes. But is the support on discord always willing to help and give feedback as good as possible? An even bigger yes.
So far I’m happy, and for the fair prices a little more waiting time is ok (which actually should be better very soon as told by the customer support)

Still no order, 8 days have past and they didn't change any status on the order... I paid 117.49 euros for my stuff and this "company" doesn't care about anything related to the customer. I received an email after my last review and still a bunch of crap, " the shortage " that supposedly was solved still didn't made any changes on anyone's order.... there is no way this is not a scam company. They just delay and answer some reviews in trustpilot so people think it's a legit thing and still buy. So mad for losing this amount of money in a company like this.

Ich warte mittlerweile seit fast zwei Wochen auf meine Bestellung und habe bereits über 70 € bezahlt. Nach der Zahlung erhielt ich mehrmals E-Mails, dass angeblich noch kleine Beträge fehlen (zuerst ca. 1,40 €, später nochmals 0,79 €). Diese habe ich ebenfalls bezahlt. Trotzdem habe ich weder meine Bestellung erhalten noch eine Antwort auf meine mittlerweile 3–5 E-Mails bekommen. Jetzt habe ich sogar Paymento kontaktiert, weil ich vom Verkäufer keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalte. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und hoffe, dass das Problem endlich gelöst wird.

Die Jungs geben ihr bestes, war wohl mehr zu tun als gedacht.
Hat ein bißchen gedauert, aber es wurde auch kommuniziert warum es dauert.
Heute ist die Bestellung gekommen und alles wie bestellt.

An der Kommunikation darf gearbeitet werden, dennoch, am Ende ein guter Service zu unschlagbaren Preisen. Ware kam etwas verspätet an, ich bin happy damit!

Habe schon 2 mal bestellt. Lieferung war nach ca. 1 Wochen immer da. Bin mega zufrieden mit der Kommunikation auf Discord. Weiter so jungs 🤝🏾

I have to absolutely disagree with the negative reviews here. Yes, shipping took a while (8 days for me), and I can't speak to email support since I didn't use it, but the Discord support is top-notch: insanely fast replies, good explanations with proof, etc. It's a small company that got way more orders than expected within a short window. Unlucky for those of us who ordered during that window, but my peptides arrived in great condition and function as they should. I even got a €20 voucher for my next order.

Best upcoming peptide company. They are new and suddenly became very big so orders took a little longer but since they have stock now it all goes faster. Big W to the quality. Actually great communication through discord for me with updates.

wurde gescammt, 160€ weg kan nix an hab nichtmal ne bestellbestätigung bekommen und support hilft auch keiner. kanst dein geld gleich verbrennen hat mehr sinn.
