First, on the missing order confirmation: we're aware that emails from us are currently being blocked by some German providers, including GMX and Web.de. Your order is in our system even though the confirmation email never reached you — this is a known deliverability issue on our end that we're actively fixing.
On the missing product and lack of response to your support emails: we've had higher order volume than expected recently, leading to both fulfillment delays and a slower-than-normal email response time. That's not good enough, and we're sorry for the frustration this has caused.

- no shipping confirmation although claiming to ship within 24h, if ordered before 14:00 ( which I did) even same day shipping. Did not happen. Ordered 6 days ago

Card payment is available through our MoonPay integration alongside crypto — if that wasn't showing at checkout for you, that sounds like a technical glitch on your end or ours, and we'd like to look into it together.
On the shipping timeline: we've had an unexpected order volume that led to stock and fulfillment delays, which is why your order hasn't shipped yet — that's on us, and we're actively working through the backlog.

ATTENZIONE TRUFFA!!! non comprate ho fatto un ordine di 255€ e non ho mai ricevuto nulla, provi a contattarli tramite e-mail ma è disabilitata, dopo aver risposto alla recensione ho ricevuto un e-mail, dove mi dicevano che non gli risultava nessun ordine, gli ho risposto inviandogli gli screenshot dell’ordine e del pagamento, e niente spariti nuovamente, CONFERMO TRUFFA STATE ATTENTIIII!!!

Ich hatte ein bisschen Probleme anfangen mit meiner Bestellung, da es ausverkauft war. Aber aufstockung war relativ schnell, der kunden service is top. Du hast immer jemanden den man erreicht und schnell antwortet, egal ob email, tiktok oder discord. Produkt sieht auch gut aus~ werde definitiv nochmal Bestellung hier!
