A fantastic experience from start to finish, we really can’t fault this company. We now have 2 expertly fitted beautiful new doors. Claire, Richard and the rest of the team were so generous with their time and advice, nothing felt rushed or too much trouble. I’ve become mildly obsessed with improving the thermal efficiency of our draughty old house these past few years and this has been the single most effective measure we have taken. We’ve already passed your name onto others!

Highly recommend, we had full windows replacement, front and back comp doors, bi fold patio doors fantastic service from start to finish , Richard and Claire guide you along the way always there for help and advice. The fitters tom and Danny put the graft in from start to finish, a pleasure to deal with . And do a brilliant job .

Professional and friendly service from making initial contact to having our new porch and front door installed. So pleased we chose them to do this as they arrived when they said they would and we love our new porch and was kept up to date all the way through the process. Highly recommend Radiance Doors to anyone. They were so friendly and just lovely to deal with.

Couldn't be more happier with Radiance Doors and Windows. Claire kept me upto date all the time and she was so helpful and friendly as was admin.
Richard and Tom did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again

An excellent job carried out in a very professional and friendly way. Lots of involvement with us, the customer, both initially and throughout the work being done. Everyone who came was on time and when the doors were fitted the site was kept clean and tidy throughout.
On Radiance website they mention under Our Progress, 10 Steps...these steps are Exactly what they do.
Cant Praise Tom and Danny, the door fitters, enough. No fuss, No mess, they just did a great job..and answered our questions along the way.
Special mention too to Claire, she kept us informed of everything and answered our queries etc along the way. Very professional and a lovely person to deal with.
We love our new doors, the quality, and the way they finally look. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a job Well Done.

We are so pleased with our new windows and door. Communication has been excellent throughout. All work has been done to such a high standard, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Claire and the team at Radiance Doors have been. My daughter recently got her first home and discovered the cottage door was too small for standard composite doors to be fitted. The team at Radiance doors went above and beyond to help find an affordable high quality option for her. The finished result is stunning. All the neighbours have commented on how beautiful the door is. Claire communicated so well throughout and took a lot of the stress away. Tom came to measure and then fit and he did a fantastic job. With Radiance doors you get the benefit of working with a family team whilst getting the professionalism and skill of all their years of experience in this industry. I can highly recommend to anyone needing doors and windows.

We have ordered acoustic windows from them to replace our rear windows, and to create a quieter living environment from the noise outside, the whole process with radiance from sell to install to after-sell was really smooth and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Will totally recommend the company for whoever that wants to replace the windows and door.

From start to finish we received a 1st class service. Thank you to Claire, Richard and the team! Tom installed our composite front door. Tom was so polite and cleaned up along the way (he left the area cleaner than before!) We can't thank the team enough, reasonable priced and the best service and finished product we have ever received from a company. Thank you! We will certainly be using this company again in the future to supply and fit our other doors and windows!

Outstanding communication and customer service right from the start.
We love our new front door and would highly recommend this fantastic family run company. Thank you Claire, Richard, Tom and Danny.

I used Radiance Doors for a new porch and composite door (and frame) and I would highly recommend them. They were reliable, helpful and honest in the design phase and the communication was excellent. The install was when they said it would be and the job was impeccable. They left the area clean and tidy. This company is a really nice family team and I will definitely use again.

We had our utility room stable door and bathroom window fitted earlier this week and couldn’t be happier with it. Richard & Claire went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect after sourcing a bespoke RAL colour. We couldn’t recommend Radiance Doors enough!

We couldn’t recommend this company enough, they were fantastic!
Richard was full of knowledge & advice during the initial stages when we were choosing our door & windows. Claire was patient, helpful & thorough, making sure each detail was perfect for us. We had a few requests & not once were we made to feel these were difficult to accommodate, including our specific coloured door, slimline bee door knocker & bespoke glass design for our round window.
The fitters (Tom & Danny) were friendly, highly skilled & extremely tidy.
All held together with great communication & pride in what they do!

Had new back door and French Windows fitted. Fantastic firm. Can't recommend enough. Professional right from start. Very pleased with the end result.....Brilliant

I had my front door and side panels replaced and was over the moon with the result and the service was incredible. Can highly recommend.

I recently employed radiance doors ltd to install 16 windows to my property. The overall experience working with them was excellent. From start to finish they acted in a very professional manner. The pre contract liaison was accurate and professionally handled, the site installation was Sympathetically handled byTom& Danny. The level of expertise and cleanliness was first class.
I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using them again as a company or recommending them to any house owner.

Helpful and professional all the way through the process, from choosing door, to quote, to installation nothing was too much trouble. Any questions were answered in a friendly way that never made me feel like I was being a pain. The installers were fantastic, neat and tidy and after they had finished wouldn't have known they had been there. Will definitely be using when I need windows doing in few months time.
