We’re really sorry to hear you’re still feeling frustrated — that’s certainly not the experience we want anyone to have.

We can confirm that you contacted us on 2/11, and your refund was processed the same day. A confirmation email was sent to the email address we have on file at that time with the transaction details.

In most cases, once a refund is issued, banks can take 5–7 business days to post the credit to your account, depending on their processing timelines. Since that window has now passed, we recommend checking directly with your bank to see if the pending credit is in process or if they require the refund reference number to locate it.

If you’re unable to locate the credit after speaking with your bank, please reach back out to us directly by calling 1-888-819-1852 anytime between 7AM-4PM on weekedays and we will be happy to provide the refund confirmation details again and assist further to ensure this is fully resolved.

Regarding the optional add-ons, we appreciate your feedback and will be sharing it internally. Transparency is important to us, and we’re always reviewing our checkout experience to make sure it’s clear and straightforward.

We’re here to help and would truly like to get this fully sorted for you.

We also understand your disappointment that the batteries were not included. While AAA batteries are not currently bundled, we recognize that this should be clearly stated upfront so customers can test and use the product immediately upon arrival.
