Fabulous service

Fabulous service. Two collars bought but one stopped working after 4 weeks.

Excellent customer service

Probably the best customer service I've experienced

The radiofence I purchased in January started to give trouble in September of the same year. I contacted PetSafe and they were as helpful as could be imagined. Within a week I was sorted with a replacement module.

Excellent customer service.

Works perfectly, my 2 puppies don't even go near the front of the house after having the fence up for only 2 days

Fast delivery

Fast delivery. Easy to deal with.

The courier left the box outside on the wall in the rain so the outer shipper was soaked through. The inner box was wet but not damaged.
