Radius is an Appalling Company
It is hard to believe what an appalling company Radius DCI actually is. Previously when we cancelled our contract with Radius Telematics due to a bunch of lying agents Radius DCI out of pure spite stopped our Fuel Cards and closed our account which we immediately paid. Then to add insult to injury yesterday, they sent us an Invoice for €80.00 for an Account Review Fee (for closing the account) and immediately attempted to debit the €80.00 from our account, then sent a nasty email informing us that it hadnt been paid. Not only have they now shown themselves to be trying to operate outside legal channels, i.e. they raised an invoice on a closed account and attempted to debit monies not owed but they also showed themselves to be nasty, spiteful people. If you value anything, honesty, respect, courtesy or a lack of fraudulent attempts to extract monies not owed, then I strongly suggest you stay very far away from Radius completely.
