I just had an excellent customer service experience working with Dylanni. She was patient, professional, and took the time to address all of my concerns. She also guided me through the app and showed me how to handle similar issues on my own in the future. I truly appreciate her knowledge, kindness, and outstanding support. Thank you, Dylanni, for making the experience so easy! Kudos to her and the rest of your customer support staff. I have always received great support which makes it one of the reasons for not switching to other banks. Ok

Bank to bank transfer process
I was simply looking to transfer funds from one bank, to another with a higher rate. Given the amount, wanted a second set of eyes to make sure I was doing things correctly. Kylie provided me the reassurance I did so that next time, I could do myself. Thank you, Kylie!

I recently experienced identity theft and possible compromise of my account. The team at Raisin has been outstanding in their willingness to help sort everything out. Their two top priorities were to safeguard my account and to make the process as easy and painless as possible. The team excelled in every way possible to achieve those goals. Had trouble logging in…
The first time I called they were able to figure out why I wasn’t able to log into my account. Within an hour they told me what to do and I was able to log back into my account!

Scammed out of 760.00
I took advantage of the fresh start offer.It gave them 100k. They deposited 10.00 into high yield savings what's the rate of 4.10% and took the rest of my money and put it in a cash account I didn't sign up for. Scamming out of $760.00 in interest.

Consistently Excellent Customer Service
I spoke with Dylanni about a question I had on my account. She literally had the answer as I finished the question. In a world of endless menus designed to frustrate you so you go away or an AI Agent that can't handle even simple question Raisin rules. Calls are answered by live agents in much less than a minute. In three years of working with Raisin I have neve had one bad experience - all have been very easy to understand, knowledgable, pleasant and in Dylanni's case a sense of humor.

Worst platform ever
Worst platform ever! I don’t recommend
Its a nightmare to deal with the customer service,especially if you need to update your banking information. What should be a simple process becomes unnecessary extremely complicated and time consuming. They are not helpful or easy to deal with like other platforms or banks in US.

Prompt and detailed response to my emailed question
After several failed attempts at a phone call (my fault, I had two numbers transposed) I emailed and within an hour or so I got a very detailed response to my question from Rayvnn. She was the one that also suggested. I checked my contact number to make sure I had the right one! Very happy with the service!
