Easy to navigate, interface could use more features

Whenever I call, which is often, all customer service Representatives are courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and are able to resolve my problem with the first call

I had to contact Raisin twice. The second time because I couldn't remember what the representative the first time told me. Both representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very patient in helping me with my questions. I would recommend Raisin.

I chatted with a customer service representative on the Raisin platform. The agent was very helpful. She answered all of my questions regarding a bonus that Raisin was offering for a deposit of new money. Agents have always been very helpful, knowledgeable and polite when I have had questions or concerns.

I love using Raisin for my investments. I could spend a lot of time in the stock market and perhaps make more money overall, but then I would have to deal with gains and losses and have a more complicated tax return. Raisin lets me choose my high yield savings and/or CD account options and watch my money grow at a reasonable and guaranteed rate. No muss, no fuss. It is easy to transfer money in and out of accounts and there are no fees while you get top-tier earnings. This truly is a platform made for those who don't want to settle for meager bank interest, but also don't want the complication of the stock market. I could not be more pleased. At the end of the year you get a 1099-INT to add to your tax return. As simple as it gets!

My experience working with Venko was phenomenal! He had a professional demeanor and provided concise instructions to help resolve my issue. He was also able to explain in depth each part of the process. I couldn't speak higher about the quality of the service I received!

i am BIT CONCERNED THAT I GOT AN EMAIL WITH THE AMOUNT OF INTEREST FOR MARCH in my april statement? and not my april interest amount.

Offering the highest interest on savings accounts and CDs that I've found anywhere.
I prefer Raisin versus the market for a guaranteed return instead of the volatility of the stock market.
The app is very user friendly and convenient.

The Raisin app and website are easy to use to find high yield savings products.

After getting use to transferring funds from Cash Account to Bank accounts, it was easy handling everything online.

Been a Raisin platform client since Jan 2023 so well into my 4th year now and have had truly a profitable experience! Customer service normally quite good and even when a lesser experienced rep seems unable to proceed there are supervisors or managers who step in and get the ball home. Good support by phone and email both and exceptions to policy were indeed made when I advocated for myself in a couple of instances too - always a good thing to see from any corporate entity⭐️. For fixed income investing I’d recommend Raisin for sure!

Raisin has competitive rates which I enjoy but what really impresses me most, is the ease of use of their website.
It is very easy to manuver and for me, that's one less thing to worry about. Also, I had to call their customer service once or twice, they were friendly and very helpful. Bravo Raisin for a job well done !!!
