Vieze oplichters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Meerdere redenen om hier niet te spelen!!!!!
1. deposits gaan vaak fout door dubbele banken aan te geven
2. withdrawals kan pas na 3 a 4 dagen waardoor je het weer terughaal
3. uitbetalingen duren 3 tot 4 weken
4. tijdens je spel wordt er gewoon bonus toegevoegd en moet je de wager halen (smerig spel van Rakoo)
5. ze blijven aanbiedingen geven ook al geef je aan dat je je account wil sluiten
6. Moet verboden worden in Nederland!!!
7. RTP manipuleren ze absoluut wel ook al geven ze aan van niet
8. gisteren tijdens spel en stond op behoorlijke winst wordt het spel afgesloten en moet je reloaden, daarna niets meer ook hier manipulatie

Problemen met uitbetaling.
Op 25-08-2025 een uitbetaling aangevraagd bij Casino Rakoo. Tot vandaag nog steeds niets ontvangen.
Ze blijven zeggen dat er een “global storing” is en dat ik in een wachtrij sta, maar dit klinkt ongeloofwaardig.
Heel teleurstellend en niet betrouwbaar.

Ik een een withdrawel geplaatst op 3 aug 2025 7 aug 2025 was die goedgekeurd maar heb tot heden niks niks gehad hoe kan het 15 dagen duren heb alles en iedereen geprobeerd om contact op te nemen met rakoo maar krijg steeds het zelfde antwoord van it arrives very soon ben er een beetje klaar mee

VIP bij Rakoo? Je mag blij zijn als je je geld op tijd krijgt
Mijn vertrouwen in Rakoo is flink gedaald. Op vrijdag 25 juli 2025 vroeg ik een wire transfer aan, die volgens hen “verwerkt” is — maar vandaag (29 juli) heb ik het geld nog steeds niet ontvangen.
En erger nog: dit is niet de eerste keer deze week. Op 23 juli had ik al een uitbetaling aangevraagd, maar die werd automatisch geannuleerd door een storing bij Rakoo. Geen waarschuwing, geen excuses, niets. Ik moest de aanvraag opnieuw doen — en sindsdien zit ik al dagen te wachten op mijn geld.
Andere casino’s lossen dit soort fouten netjes op met een spoeduitbetaling of compensatie. Rakoo doet juist alsof het mijn probleem is, terwijl de fout bij hen lag.
Ik ben zelfs VIP, maar daar merk je helemaal niets van. Geen snellere verwerking, geen proactieve updates, geen extra service.
En dit is niet de eerste keer dat het zo gaat. Ook afgelopen juni en november moest ik 3 tot 5 werkdagen wachten op een wire transfer, telkens zonder duidelijkheid of betalingsbewijs zoals een MT103.
Je moet steeds zelf achter je geld aan, en de enige reactie is “de bank verwerkt het” — zonder transparantie of verantwoordelijkheid.
➡️ Samengevat:
- Uitbetalingen komen uiteindelijk aan, maar veel te traag
- Geen enkele VIP-voordelen merkbaar
- Geen excuses bij fouten
Standaard wire transfers duren 3–5 werkdagen, en dat is te lang anno 2025
Zolang Rakoo dit niet verbetert, geef ik maximaal 2 sterren. Het casino werkt, maar je geld krijgen is telkens een strijd.
Update 30-7: Nog steeds niks bijgeschreven op mijn bankrekening.. zelfs mijn vip manager houdt mij aan het lijntje!! Zo gauw ik het geld heb ontvangen laat ik me uitschrijven bij hun. Wat een flut casino zeg!!
Upfate 31-7: Nog steeds niks en dat na dag 5. Mensen blijf hier weg.
Update: 01-08: gisteren support gemailt en die hebben mijn klacht heel erg serieus genomen en hebben contact gehad met de bank, waardoor vanmorgen mijn opname op mijn bank stond. Dus mail bij problemen support, heb je veel meer aan dan de live chat of je VIP manager!

Do not under any circumstances deposit and try to play at Rakoo casino. It's a scam,they accept the deposit instantly and when you try to withdraw they don't approve it. You always get the same answer by the costumer service which is AI 100%. This website is definitely a scam,I do have screenshot photos of the conversation for proof.

Zahlungen funktionieren schlecht.
Ich habe vor einigen Wochen mit "Direct Bank Transfer" einbezahlt. Ich bekam die Meldung "erfolgreich", der Betrag war von meinem Bankkonto abgezogen, aber auf meinem Spielerkonto nicht gutgeschrieben. Erst nach mehreren Reklamationen kam das Geld am nächsten Tag.
Ich dachte, man ist intelligent genug, solche Probleme zu beheben, darum habe ich heute noch eine kleinere Einzahlung versucht. Aber anscheinend hat man wenig Interesse an Kundenfreundlichkeit: das Geld schwebt schon wieder irgendwo.
Im Live Chat bekomme ich als einzige Antwort: bitte warten.
Man redet sich auf den Zahlungsdienstleister aus. Beim ersten mal kann das sein, aber wenn es länger nicht funktioniert ist es Angelegenheit des Casinos.
Es ist besser, nicht einzuzahlen, und wer es doch macht, sollte sofort einen Screenshot machen, um zu beweisen, dass die Einzahlung erfolgreich war.
Alles in Allem: ein schwaches, wenig kundenfreundliches Casino das nicht zu empfehlen ist.

Big scam. They don’t pay withdrawals.
They will never pay the withdrawal. Rakoo is a big scam. They will only pay your first withdrawal so you continue to deposit and second withdrawals they will not pay them. I did a withdrawal 3 weeks ago and they never treated it. I received mails from their VIP manager saying that he is leaving Rakoo and is working for another (scam) casino 1Red and that we should join him overthere. They are the same scammers that created a new casino to scam people.This is crazy. Don’t play on this casino with Costa Rica licence, it is like throwing your money in the garbage.

If you are scammed by this casino like everybody else and you are here to warn other people, here is a piece of advise! Make screen shots, save any conversation you made with them, if you think your mobile phone gets full send them to your Email and be ready! Because they through the Trust Pilot will take down your negative recension! By this tactic they have managed to take down many negative comments who they scammed through years here on Trust Pilot! If the Trust Pilot asks you for evidence, gently send them! All their VIP managers named Prosperity, Victory, Sarah, Dany, Aurora, Grace etc they are all fake names! They are sitting somewhere I don't know in Africa or South America scamming you and laughing at you! It is the VIP manager who scams you the most! Stay away from any casino with Curacao license the most useless and corrupted license!
Update: BOOM! As I explained and expected, they did it AGAIN! Rakoo took down my negative review through TrustPilot, BUT I contacted TrustPilot and sent them all documents (screenshots, emails) about how Rakoo and VIP manager Victory scammed me! Now my review is BACK and VERIFIED! You do the same!
