I ordered a bike that was marked as in stock then had an email saying to pick a different colour as they didn't have the one I wanted so I picked a different colour for them then to say they don't have any in stock and I am now still waiting for a refund so I can buy elsewhere

We attending easter camp and it was so good. Kids had an amazing time, provided with food and drink along with all the equipment needed. They even had an Easter egg hunt! We will be regulars here now

Haven’t received goods, Royal Mail says it’s on its way but cannot update until the day it is delivered. Emailed the company and no response. Would like someone to please contact me about this matter and I’ll consider removing this review if it’s settled amicably.

Only place in Britain that had the
Thunder 1.1/8” truck bolts so I’m happy.

We came today to see Spanner and Hammer but even though it was great to see them both the Ramoworx arena and staff were 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Myself and my son Harvey loved every minute. We were there for 6 hours!! We even made a few friends along the way. Deffo come again! 👍🏻 🛴

It’s normally OK to be fair. But I paid for my daughter to meet a YouTuber there today. I only have her until 5PM on a Saturday. Paid in advance, rocked up at 12:30, waited until just before 5 (Queuing for an hour of that), then had to go. Asked for my money back on the way out, and got a jobsworth telling me “What do you think would happen, you’d just turn up and have 200 kids meet him all at once”. It was like he was trying to get one over on me. I’m £30 out of pocket, have an upset daughter, and I’ve wasted a precious Saturday afternoon with my little girl.

I purchased a gift card from RAMPWORX by mistake- should have been another supplier. The refund was processed swiftly by Molly. Very impressed with the service.

It turned up on time and in good condition

Ordered a skateboard over the phone I got a call 30 mins later off a female (can’t remember her name) she wxolained the colour I requested wasn’t available and gave me an option to wait a couple of days or choose an alternative. Came the next day at 9am and I explained it was a gift so she wrapped the box in black film for me. Il be booking lessons soon off the back of the service and I live 25 miles from Rampworx

I ordered the item for my greatgrandson on the Wednesday and was informed that it would arrive by Friday. My granddaughter phoned early Friday saying my greatgrandson was very excited and could I phone as soon as it arrives. By 11.00 the post had arrived after phoning my greatgrandson ran from his house and ran back home with his new toy. My granddaughter phoned later that day and said he had played all the time with his new toy. Well done to Rampworx, royal mail and thank you to all that made a young boys day.

Not opened yet as it’s a Christmas gift, happy it only took two days to get here though, thank you x

My son purchased a skateboard and it never came. We are located in the US and he was told it would ship here. We attempted to contact the company several times via email and phone but never heard a response. I believe this company is a scam

I was after a new wheel for my grandsons stunt scooter. Rampworx was recommended to me by another store who had stopped selling spares.
I was not disappointed when I browsed their website, as they had plenty of spare wheels to choose from. The purchase process was simple and delivery very good. I can recommend this company

This place has made our little boys summer holiday!!

Rampworx has something for everyone.

Our son has grew in confidence and made the best friends over the summer attending the summer holiday camp they offer. Although only for 3 hours he had 3 hours of fun with a hot meal provided.

The staff are great from the minute you walk in and get fitted with your safety equipment right up until the end when time to go home.

We have now booked a couple of BMX sessions to try something new as its loved that much!!

Love the item, however it wasn’t packaged very well so the packaging with damaged in multiple places during transit results in scuff on the ramp. Not what you want especially when it’s brought as a birthday present.

All good from my side. They didn’t have the frisbee I wanted in stock but offered another one which was more expensive for the same price. Thank you
