Have bought numerous pairs of running shorts and socks and the quality is top notch! Would definitely recommend to all

Wasn't sure at first but actually really like it. Light and easy to run in.

I didn’t order a T-shirt for a race and afterwards I really wanted to get one. Reached out to the team and with super responsiveness and great customer service, they sent me out one.

I wear the products every day. I have the t-shirts, shorts, hoodie, long sleeve top and many other items. Favourite item is the split shorts for men and the socks - I've not found any better in another brand.

Took the t shirt out of the packaging and The north Lincolnshire badge they have "stuck"on the chest,is coming away,very poor quality

The whole process was pleasant. The lady was enthusiastic making me feel valued as a customer. Quality is good. Looks good and I got a Small which was bigger than expected.

Ordered a red Southampton 10k tshirt, recieved a yellow run Southampton top instead. Took 2 weeks to arrive having paid almost £4 postage. Emailed info and awaiting a reply to see if I can actually get sent the correct tshirt.

Run-through black hoodie with Middlesbrough Half Marathon written on it fantastic I would recommend it to other runners when wearing it it makes you feel proud as I did the race without stopping

It hasn't arrived

Sadly I can’t comment on my running top as not arrived yet. I was meant to collect on Sunday, following the Run Reigate Canicross event, but couldn’t attend to my dog suffering a cut paw the previous day. Have tried contacting Runthrough to see how I can get hold of my shirt, but no response to emails and no number to call. Appreciate not the kit suppliers fault, but very unimpressed with RunThrough in general, having done many events with multiple helpful and proactive organisers over the years ☹️

Nice top, sizing odd as went up a size and not very flattering. Have tried to return it and been asked four times by different people for an order number and each time I respond I then get ignored again. Dont waste your money

All Great from start to finish, clothes fit perfect, delivered really quickly

I’ve bought a few things now and they’ve been great. Orders shipped quickly and the quality of the clothes is really high.

Ordered tshirt, took 3 weeks to arrive, size not quite right,emailed twice to arrange a return, no reply, still waiting...very poor experience

Good quality items at a very competitive price. Reduced a star as it took over a week to dispatch but had a tracked delivery with Evri which was helpful.

I forgot to collect my pre-ordered t-shirt after the Southport 10K so I emailed to ask if it could be posted. I was happy to cover P&P. It did take several emails back and forth but each email was pleasantly written and eventually I was told it would be posted out to me. T-shirt has just arrived and it’s teal… The photos on the website clearly show dark blue. I haven’t the energy to go through the hassle of returning it but as a warning to others, website photos are not true representations of the products.

Terrible. Poorly organised and rude staff. Would not recommend.

The material is too thin to keep anyone warm this time of year. Not happy in the slightest

I have to say, this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They have essentially stolen £12 from me through their incompetence, and I can no longer bear to deal with them to sort it out.

There has been absolutely no proactiveness in their approach to resolving my situation, which started when they gave me the wrong t-shirt at an event. Now, two months later, I am still without the correct t-shirt. I returned the wrong one they initially sent, only to receive yet another incorrect t-shirt, which I also had to send back. It’s truly pitiful.

I think the t-shirts are of very good quality, and I was excited to receive another one. However, this experience has put me off participating in future events. This should have been simple: run the event, get a t-shirt. Instead, I’m here two months later still chasing them up.

Jon and his team will need to make significant improvements in the future.

Received a T-shirt at the Gloucester Half this year and loved it. Ordered and have just received a long sleeve zip up top and “in the zone” shorts. Great shorts, Phone pocket and a key pocket. Roll on the next run.
