Disappointed with items they are not as nice as I thought and don't actually look to be Sterling Silver just silver in colour. Will not purchase from them again.

Beautiful bracelet, great packaging, delivered in a timely manner. Would definitely use again.

easy to order. quick delivery and good quality.

Ordered item, looks just like on website photos. Good quality, dispatched quickly and easy to track delivery. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Ordered items over a week ago. Said 2-3 days I would receive them still not arrived. Had to buy alternative birthday present for friend. Very bad service

fits perfectly. i love it.

quick order process and delivered on time with good communiction througout

The bracelet was very beautiful but it is so small it barely fit my daughters wrist. As it was bought for my partner it was no good. Delivery, ease of purchase and tracking was great but it was not the item for me.

I never received the item I ordered as when it was due for dispatch on inspection the company decided not to send me the item and organise a refund for me. The reason stated was that there was discolouration on the beads. I had been searching for this item for months and was very pleased to have found it. I have emailed the company several times stating that if the fault wasn't too bad I would still be willing to purchase it. However up to date they still have not replied back to me.

Great customer service and very quick delivery. A really great company to purchase from and they certainly meet the needs of the consumer.

Many thanks for your kind service. xxx

Quick delivery. Lovely anklet

Received this bracelet the other day and so glad I chose to go with the actual seller and not some cheap knockoff that's taken the hard work and recognition from the actual designer themselves. My niece loves it! Thank you so much! Came beautifully packaged. You can see the great care and quality in the item. Highly recommended! Will buy again in future xx

1st time I've ordered from this company and outstanding all round! Great products. I found my friend who love leaves a gorgeous sterling silver leaf bracelet. Website easy to navigate, great price and it arrived 3 days later. Nicely.packaged in box and placed in a voile bag. Great 5* service all round!

Very quick delivery.thank you.nice necklaces for my daughter and myself.slightly disappointed in the fact they were a lot smaller than the picture.but lovely all the same.thank you again.
