I have been a loyal customer, but I am increasingly disappointed with the service. I have placed two orders, and both have been incorrect.

For my first order, I requested one length of each wick to test for my candles. However, one length did not arrive. Despite contacting customer service, I have yet to receive a response.

Given that the wicks I received worked well, I placed a second order for 50 meters of each wick I needed. Unfortunately, one of the wicks was substituted with a smaller size without any prior communication, rendering it unusable for my needs.

Additionally, the shipping process has been problematic. After receiving a notification that the shipping label had been created, it took an additional seven working days for the package to be received by Royal Mail.

I placed an order on 4th March and received email confirmation. It states 48hr tracked delivery but as i hadn't received an update of when to expect delvery, I called the contact number on 6th March, the voicemail says the line isn't manned and to email customer service, which i did. Still hadn't heard anything by 10th so emailed again. Have checked my spam and nothing there, emailed again today. No customer service what so ever, i will be contacting paypal for a refund.

I placed an order for express delivery - hasn't arrived on time and when I sent a message on live chat requesting an update I got an email saying "really sorry but had to refund 800ml of fresh coffee. I have sent you all that I have" - quite frankly this is awful service. I wasnt contacted by a member of staff to verify if I would be satisfied with far less than I purchased or that I would be willing to receive a partial refund. Ive had to go shop with another company to order the quantity I actually need. And despite my best efforts, there telephone numbers dont actually seem to work and I cant get a response by email. POOOOOOOR! I’ve been shopping with Randall’s Candles for over three years, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. The candle I received wasn’t as described and had clear defects. When I contacted customer service, they refused to accept photos of the issue and insisted the product was fine, even though it clearly wasn’t.

To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to offer a refund, leaving me stuck with a defective item. Their dismissive and unhelpful attitude was shocking, especially from a brand I’ve supported for so long.

Randall’s used to be my go-to for quality candles and great service, but sadly, it’s not the same anymore. The quality has gone downhill, and their approach to customers has completely changed. I wouldn’t recommend them anymore.

Really great company. I buy often from here and they always send little extras. The packages are exactly what I ordered and the scents are how I’d expect.

After a delivery of damaged items a couple of years ago, I was disappointed in Randall’s and stopped ordering from them (although they did reimburse at the time). Thought I’d give them another go and ordered 3x100ml fragrances. Delivery was quick and they supplied a free sample, an extra bottle 100ml fragrance free of charge- so, thanks!

Bought an item for next day delivery and it turned up 4 days later to the wrong address. Unable to get through to them on the phone, they simply do not answer it.

Once again absolutely excellent service from Stacey! Her kindness, friendly attitude and expertise are second to none and she is more than a great credit and asset to the Company. A genine pleasre to deal with Randalls and will be back in August to take oils to Cyprus for my friend! Sincerest thanksonce again for all your help. Pat

If I could give 10 stars I would. Randall's is local to me so I have the pleasure of being able to collect my orders (not too sure they feel the same :-) :-) ) and every time I go everyone is so helpful and friendly even if I order something else while I'm there they accommodate, if I change my mind they accommodate.
Out of interest I read the 1 star reviews and most of them relate to delivery which imo Randall's cannot be held responsible for - personally I would not go anywhere else and recommend them to anyone I speak to - THANKYOU

Randall’s always give excellent customer service and support me with my orders. I love the fact I can call to verify the products and ask for advice. The ladies are always friendly and have patience, I am confident when ordering that if the items are not in stock they will try their best to accommodate me.
