POOOOOOOR! AVOID
POOOOOOOR! I’ve been shopping with Randall’s Candles for over three years, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. The candle I received wasn’t as described and had clear defects. When I contacted customer service, they refused to accept photos of the issue and insisted the product was fine, even though it clearly wasn’t.
To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to offer a refund, leaving me stuck with a defective item. Their dismissive and unhelpful attitude was shocking, especially from a brand I’ve supported for so long.
Randall’s used to be my go-to for quality candles and great service, but sadly, it’s not the same anymore. The quality has gone downhill, and their approach to customers has completely changed. I wouldn’t recommend them anymore.
