Everything, from the onboarding, to the personalized service Kevin -my first Account Manager provided; to the wonderful opportunities I got through the RangeMe Platform (introductions to immediate opportunities, warm handoffs to major e-commerce channels) all of which has boosted my company's sales revenue by an additional $20,000+ in a few short months.

Range Me is a total scam and waste of time and money. You would think that the buyers for these companies care about how big of a scam it is but they don't. They hide behind it so they don't need to answer calls and actually do their job.

Range represents a highly important platform for us, enabling the development of our products. It provides us with the opportunity to showcase them to key national chains and clients, including businesses with hundreds of locations exposed to the public as well as individual customers online. We submitted our brand to a RangeMe Immediate Opportunity which led to an invite with the buyers from a very large national retailer. That meeting resulted in a huge 170,000 unit order for our Hug-a-BooBoo kids hugging bandages. That's 3.5 million hugs for kids all across the U.S. in one single order! And we're expecting more to come. It also puts on a whole other playing field. We couldn't be happier.

I discovered this company and was excited to learn of potential opportunities. Like most others, I’ve paid for my access and spent many hours uploading information about my business. I’ve received inquires, but NO follow up from the “brands.” I also didn’t learn about the auto-renew which seems sketchy that you wouldn’t state that upfront. I wouldn’t be surprised if these people aren’t stealing our pictures and products to scam others. BEWARE!

I have no idea where RangeMe gets their positive reviews on Trustpilot—make up your own mind if they're genuine or fabricated—but my experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After being on RangeMe for over two years with little to show for it and receiving nothing but constant ads encouraging me to upgrade to a higher plan, I’m left questioning the value they offer.

Most recently, I spent hours uploading a new wedding portrait product for the upcoming season, only for it to be deleted without any explanation. I was wrongly accused of attempting to sell "prohibited items," which is absurd because I only sell artwork—everything from family portraits (including pets) to wedding wall art. My products are neither harmful nor inappropriate.

When I reached out to ask for clarification, I was told I would need to pay to get an answer about why my wedding portrait was removed, or I could rely on their useless bot. This seems like a deliberate tactic to push users into paying for basic customer support, which is completely unacceptable. Despite providing evidence to prove my product was valid, I received no response.

The lack of transparency and disregard for users is appalling. Based on my experience and the numerous complaints from others, it’s clear this behavior is a pattern, not an isolated incident.

I highly recommend skipping RangeMe altogether. Instead, contact retailers directly—they usually provide clear guidelines and processes on their websites that don’t waste your time or money. RangeMe seems more focused on extracting fees from users rather than genuinely helping them succeed.

Save yourself the frustration and unnecessary expense.

The support service doesn't exist. From August 2024 until today (10/10/2024), I have been sending requests for support as my paid account has disappeared. No one has contacted me. This company is strongly unprofessional and not trustworthy, and I consider my money stolen.

RangeMe has been a valuable service for lead generation for our Company and for me professionally. It has been a successful resource connecting to Suppliers that we were interested in working with, however, our success increased exponentially after I ran a RangeMe Campaign that narrowed down the Suppliers that had a need for our platforms as an Inventory Solution Company. I would highly recommend RangeMe as a resource in general for both Buyers and Suppliers, but any Buyer seeking Suppliers should give serious consideration to running a Campaign! You will not be disappointed!!

had it for a year now and paid some money but haven't had any luck with the range me. opportunities are out there to know but it will cost more to just get 15 min with buyer, which can't really tell if they are really interested. hope this $3000 i spent to introduce our product lines to big chain stores would be worth in the future.
