had it for a year now and paid some money but haven't had any luck with the range me. opportunities are out there to know but it will cost more to just get 15 min with buyer, which can't really tell if they are really interested. hope this $3000 i spent to introduce our product lines to big chain stores would be worth in the future.

Giant Foods Meeting 06/25/2024
The meeting I had with Giant food Stores went well although, I was paired up with a buyer that was not affiliated with my catagory and she had to forward me to the correct buyer. I reached out to that buyer and they have not responded as of today. When we pay for meetings with the prospective buyer, we should be meeting with that buyer. We will see what happens. What I love most about RangeMe is myâŠ
What I love most about RangeMe is my success manager!! He has been so wonderful in guiding me through the process of engament with retailers, educational sources to assist me through each process. In 2023 I almost left the platform, but I was assigned a new success manager. October and he listed to me of what my concerns were and he jumped right in to assist. He answers emails and not past me to someone else as the previous person assigned.
I do enjoy the platform and being able to choose campaigns I would like to partake in.
All my hard work is paying off, I have two retailers to present to. I would not have been able to do this on my own without the opportunity of RANGEME.

Premium upgrade was not necessary
While Iâm sure RangeMe is a benefit to established brands - for emerging brands looking to land the first rounds of accounts from my experience the upgrade to Premium was not necessary. As a small business I could have used that $1400 elsewhere. When I was contacted by RangeMe about the upgrade I questioned whether it was necessary since we were just starting out and did not have distribution & were interested in independent retailers. I was told it was definitely necessary & beneficial but unfortunately after almost a year we have not received a single order. Just rejection after rejection. For comparison we have had multiple orders and repeat orders from Mable & Faire. If I hadnât read on Reddit a complaint about the auto- renew I wouldnât have known about it & when I tried to opt out my premium upgrade would be cancelled which feels very scammy.
As a platform Rangene does have the potential to benefit small businesses and emerging brands. I would like to see a big reduction in the cost of Premium or like Faire & Mable take a commission on sales & remove auto renew.

Unsure if I will continue next year with your organization. Will seek other options if needed. Because of the results obtained with RangeMe I am not interested in ECRM meetings or offers.

Just another "get in front of retailers!" company
I don't believe businesses should be hamstrung into paying premium fees just to get in front of retailers. In a very low margin and often low to no capital world, CPG businesses are taken advantage of by companies like RangeMe looking to bleed just a little more cash out of them. The vast majority of people who have paid for premium have said its a bad investment - trust them.
