Excellent Service

I emailed for advice and they were extremely helpful, even attaching a PDF manual of my log burner. I placed an order for the fire bricks and these arrived promptly and very well packed and are a perfect fit.
I highly recommend this Company and will now stick with them.

Great service and good value

We ordered new firebricks as old ones had collapsed and within 24 hours of ordering, the new firebricks had arrived, well packed and they fit perfectly.
We did not even ask for express delivery and were amazed and truly thankful at the speed of despatch and delivery. Great service and good value too.

Easy to order

Easy to order, kept me updated and when I had problem with delivery Samantha was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use them again and would recommend to friends.
