The hours I wasted with garbage service
Terrible experience! 1st and last order.
1) Order held up nearly a week
2)Arrived in a crumpled box with shirts unwrapped and box partially tore open
3)poster crumpled inside tube
4)1 t shirt was incorrect
5) most of the rest had much smaller print pattern than shown, looked weird on bigger shirts
6)Very slow and unprofessional follow up. Thier follow up required follow up.
7)Received return label, was told it expired in 48 hours
8)Returned within 24 and packaged better than they sent it!
9) Got an email letter the day it was sent saying return was accepted
10) 10 days later no communication or refund
11)Sent follow up email, they told me my shipping label was never used.
12)Opened credit card dispute
13)Provided images of tracking history showing it delivered to their reception desk
14)Refund was $5 less than it should have been
Wasted my time putting together $175 order and following up. Soo much time wasted due to terrible service. Gotta say I don't plan to be back and they were recommended to me by friends.
Literally the worst company I've ever bought from online
I bought a t-shirt of a quote from the pirate Anne Bonney from them. And oh boy where do I begin? First of all I spent nearly $30 after shipping and they used cut rate shipping that was so cheap I didn't get the shirt for over 2 weeks even though I only live a couple states away. I get the shirt itself and mind you this is right out of the package, and it already has those vertical cracks in it that is the sign of a bad t-shirt. I'm guessing I will be able to wash this possibly four times before it turns to crap. The material and the printing was worse than those $5 bargain shirts you buy at Walmart. For $30. This was literally the worst t-shirt I have ever purchased online and I have been suckered into buying things from WISH. Steer clear unless you're a sucker with disposable income who wants to get ripped off. You want my advice? Stick to teepublic. They have better quality and better shipping at a cheaper price.
And the best part of the story? I used a COUPON so the nearly $30 price tag was CHEAPER than it should have been!
Edit: the coupon I used made it closer to 30. The original price was 40. Since the company is good at coming on here and blasting people 5 minutes after they write a review, I'm going to edit the honest mistake I made. But you know wasn't an honest mistake? A cut rate company that makes bad t-shirts. And if you look at their response to me, they completely ignored the fact that their quality is bad. They only focused on correcting me because I made an honest mistake on the price. I still paid $30 for a P.O.S. though.

Ordered a shirt. It arrived within 4-5 days. Opened the package and the shirt was the wrong size. I contacted customer supported they offered to replace free of charge and told me I could even keep the other shirt. I decided to order 2 other shirts for friends. This was 29 Dec. It is now 18 Jan and my new order has yet to ship, nor have I received my replacement. Customer support just gives a standard answer. I seriously doubt this is a veteran operated business. There seems to be no sense of pride or ownership.

I ordered 4 shirts for xmas gifts thinking I would get them before hand. well I got the notification the the shipping company (changed from UPS to USPS) and from Rangerup saying it was delivered at the parcel locker at the mail box central location for the community. package did not arrive that day. talked to the post office several times and it led to a offical letter saying "they lost the package / was sent to the wrong mail box). I sent to the customer service with prior too several emails about the situation. at this point, I send an email and get a generated email back from them saying that "they were notified that the package was delivered but I keep trying to say that it was not. I have tried calling and nothing. now it the xmas break and cant do anything a out it. I am so mad, I just want to speak to a someone that can help me . the customer service is absolutely Horrible!!!!!
Very poor experience.
So, evidently they deal with third party printers and shipping. While they are located in N.C. my package was shipped by a third party in Ohio. Maybe this is nothing new, it took a full calender week to ship. After it shipped, the third party printer shipped via a third party shipping service. Six days traveling for a hoodie and still haven't received my order. While I understand things take time, Amazon could have had a comparable product in my possession in 3 days. I'm not impressed, and as a former Ranger, I feel like they're giving the "brand" a bad name. I'll never order from them again.
Great designs, lousy print quality.
I love the designs, and I love that I am supporting them but unfortunately the quality of the prints is not good. The shirts fit great, the print quality is TERRIBLE! I had a shirt from them that faded quickly after a couple months of washing, it faded to the point of being unreadable and I thought it was because I had chosen âvintageâ. So I go and drop 90 bucks on 3 more shirts, and guess what, a couple months later the prints have almost completely washed out!!
Get your printing situation sorted fellas. Your competitors donât have this problem.

Poor Quality
There are fabulous designs produced by this company and they stand for what I believe in, however; the quality of products they produce is sub par. I purchased four T-shirts in July (it is now October) and have worn each 2-3 times, washing them about the same amount of times. Every wash I washed in cold water and on delicate cycle and each time they came out of the wash the design was more and more faded to the point that one is barely legible. Very disappointed in their quality. Unfortunately will not be purchasing from this company again as I have shirts from 10 years ago that look better than the ones I have purchased from here.

Out of Stock Mugs for Months
Out of stock on mugs for months. I check weekly. I even sent an e-mail to Customer Service, but have not heard back yet. Uses COVID/CDC Guidelines as an excuse for poor service. Well, folks, the show must go on! If this is a properly owned veteran establishment, they ought to know that you stay until the mission's complete and not blow sunshine up everyone's butt with excuses!

Quality down and price up
Quality down and price up. Have been buying their products for nearly 8 years and sadly two of the most recent shirts screen print were falling off after less than 5 washes. Inside out, delicate cycle. The one shirt was apparently close to a year old (but had only been worn 5x, husband is 24 years active duty infantry and didnât wear it for many months) and they would not replace it, only a coupon code. They lost a long time customer. Disappointing!

This company is dying.
Iâve been buying with Ranger Up for a very long time. Most recently, my son, 7, paid for a couple of stickers as a gift for me.
There was a mixup somewhere and both stickers did not arrive. This was June 1st. We thought it would be no issue to get it handled. Minor issues were easily handled in the past.
Now, itâs July 11. Weâve called 4-5 times, no answer. Emailed 8-9 times, no response. Tried the worthless chat function on the website 8-9 times (there isnât actually anyone there, I think), and am told by the site that they will respond by email. I even tried to message them through their Instagram account.
I was particularly surprised by the complete lack of response, but I suppose what made me angry is their continued emails soliciting my business, and their huge social media presence that continues on like they arenât dropping the ball left and right.
Iâm starting to see more and more bad reviews on social media as well.
I wish the old Ranger Up crew was still handling business. You always felt like you mattered as a customer.
