Rapid Response Plumbing & Heating  レビュー

I was looking for a company to install a new boiler and I found this company Rapid Response Plumbing and heating and from the moment I called I received and good quote came out the next day and was done in a blink off an eye. They came at 9am and I was amazed how the quality off workmanship would highly recommend this company

Called out Rapid Response Plumbing and Heating to come service my boiler I spoke to Chandan to book my service for my boiler as it was due and was given a date and time to when he would come out and service the boiler and on the day off arrival he called 1 hour before he was coming to me and gave me the best service ever I would highly recommend this company as they are very professional and very good at what they do.

I would definitely recommend Rapid response. Chandan responded to my request for a quote for a new boiler straight away, it was clear and well priced and I had my new boiler within a few days. He and his crew were very conscious of taking every covid precaution for our vulnerable family, which was deeply appreciated by us. He left our home very tidy and i heard him tell his crew that they must leave our home as clean as it was when they entered. Chandan explained everything I needed to know and he was polite and professional at all times.
The follow up care he provided was much appreciated. I only have good things to say about the service we received from Rapid Response.

On Christmas Eve water on tub wouldn't shut off completely called rapid response and they gave me a time and came out as they said. I received very professional service and a reasonable price especially with it being the day before Christmas.

Very quick and top quality job. After months of trying to get Eon to install a boiler I called these guys and they were with us at 10am the next day. Top job at a good price. Thank you very much!

Chandan is very professional and personable. He fixed my old boiler previously but this time we agreed that it should be replaced. The process was quick and smooth with his help.

Woke up to find water pouring down our wall, the source was a leaking toilet pipe. Annoying. After not getting any fast recommendations from friends and neighbours, we randomly called Rapid Response Plumbing and Heating. Chandan the plumber arrived faster than Superman ever could have. Without missing a step, he'd stopped the leak and fixed the problem and was gone again. It was just the kind of superhero service we needed. Thanks!

Chandon has sorted out a number of heating and plumbing issues for us - he's very reliable and has done a good job each time. We'll keep using him and we'd definitely recommend him.

Very happy to recommend Rapid Response Plumbing, they were able to come at short notice and also to sort out a problem in the bathroom which took some effort to resolve

Chandan came to repair a leak and then replace a safety valve which was furred up. He was reliable, friendly, reasonably priced and knew what he was doing. What more could you ask for?

Installed new boiler and upgraded water supply

Really responsive and professional service - I'd recommend and will use again myself for any future issues

Very quick and helpful! Told us to unfreeze our pipes to get the boiler working again on a cold, snowy day. Seems a genuine bloke and we'll be in touch if our boiler plays up again!
