House Clearance
Based upon their aim of not sending items to land fill, I contacted John at the Rapid Response recycling team for a house clearance. They fully lived up to the name. John and his team were quick, efficient and timely throughout the whole process from coming to quote through to the clearance. Afterwards, John let me know what they had given to charity and what is being recycled. I was delighted with the service and would highly recommend.

your kindness whilst we were there and for your excellent
5 star ✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️ review of myself and the rest of the team also is
very much appreciated !
Its good to know that we won’t have to recycle much from the house clearance just for its materials either as so much of your parents furniture etc
was in perfect condition & will be reused by Furniture Plus mostly, a local charity that sells affordable furniture etc to people on low incomes were delighted with all the stuff we dropped off to them as they were low on stock so that is great for everyone and fantastic for our overall recycle rate as well 👍🏼
Best wishes and Kindest Regards,
John and the rest of the Rapid Response Recycling Team !

I cannot praise John and the team highly enough. From being exactly on time for the first visit and assessment to the astonishing quality of the work done, this company is remarkable. Most importantly, at a time of bereavement, John's personal style and attention to detail was of utmost reassurance and I felt all along I could trust him - and therefore his team -implicitly.

For the second time in as many months, John and Kirsty have gotten rid of all the unwanted junk for me, Their professionalism and friendliness is above and beyond, even having to dismantle a sofa to get it through the front door didn't faze them. Stress free house clearance done as promised by Rapid Response.
Very friendly team and went above and beyond for us when they discovered a lot of extra junk in a cupboard that we did not know about in my late uncles flat until the day of the work.
They were so accommodating and understanding that we had over looked such a huge extra pile as we had sent them pictures of everything to obtain a quote online prior to the work being done but we had not added the cupboard as were unaware of it although thankfully we were able just to pay a bit extra on completion and it was all completed on the same day.
Rapid are the best solution to clearing your unwanted items in my opinion, very professional and well deserving of 5 stars.

Rapid Response company name is very apt
Rapid Response company name is very fitting as having just made contact with John Millar after seeing our rental property in what can only be described as shocking state he arrived at our property within 15 minutes to check it out then went off to make the necessary arrangements and arrived back ready to empty the entire flat within the hour. The job was done exactly as we wished for and we will never forget how accommodating and professional John & his team were. Would thoroughly recommend this company and if I could give them more stars than 5 I would.

Hi Alex and Ruth,
Thanks again for using our Edinburgh clearance services and for leaving us a fantastic 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review of the team !
Having been in a similar situation personally, I realise that it is very stressful for our customers to be faced with such a huge mess unexpectedly when squatters or bad tenants have wrecked all the hard work that people such as yourselves have put into trying to provide a nice home for their tenants, it is disgusting human behaviour and beggars belief that people can act like that without conscience, therefore whilst not claiming to be the cheapest service available we are certainly not the most expensive either and we do care about people and always pull out all the stops if appointed to genuinely try and supply the best service out there having decades of experience in clearing out any property including the worst case house clearances or any type of disposal and hopefully in doing so relieving some of the stress caused by the circumstances our customers can be faced with.
Rest assured you will forget the whole ordeal once the cleaners have been in and some new carpets and a lick of fresh paint has been done and I sincerely hope it all goes well from here on in for yous 👍🏼
I really appreciate you choosing us to do the work for you and for taking the time out to leave us the amazing review also and it will further inspire us to do the best of our abilities when carrying out similar jobs in the future too.
