Great New User Experience and Customer Support
Rapid seedbox is an excellent platform for new users to get into the space. There are many videos and guides, not to mention one click apps that can reduce how tedious installations are. The customer support is great as well. I had an issue that i spent hours on and customer support was able to help answer my questions and correct my issues.

Great Customer Service
I attempted all of the troubleshooting steps I could find and was still unable to resolve my issue. I reached out to customer support through their chat and Ronal was very quick to reply and resolve my issue in minutes. Wonderful customer support experience.

Superb Customer Service
Recently changed my service from supreme to lean and it happened without a hitch, thanks to their help. I'm also quite new with seedboxes but so far, it's been worry-free because of the help articles provided.

10gb seedbox, very happy with Rapidseedbox
Got a 10gb seedbox...the speeds feel closer to 1gb speeds considering I've never hit over 100mb downloads on torrents in total, but for the price it's still cheaper than the competitor's 1gb pipe seedboxes. On top of that, this is one of the few companies that actually respond within minutes to support issues and know what they're talking about. For that alone, I'll be sticking with this company, it's refreshing to see.
For what it's worth, the guy didn't ask me to include his name in this review but Ronal was a big help.

Never buy a proxy from this company
Never buy a proxy from this company, they are terrible.
I know proxies very well and I have had to pay a total of them in about ten different companies but they are the worst I have ever seen.
They work once in 2, and above all the promised 50 threads are not there, they alternate between 20 and 40.
I was also fooled into thinking that I was entitled to a 14 day trial but their FAQ seems to be poorly written because that is not the case.
Don't buy!

Hi Marco, we are sorry to hear that. We have reviewed what happened. Our conclusion is that our proxy was working at the time as intended, it's just that we cannot help troubleshoot any customer third-party app.
And about that 14-day trial, we clearly state 24-hour for proxy service on our main proxy page https://www.rapidseedbox.com/proxy . And our FAQ clearly mention Seedbox not proxy. https://www.rapidseedbox.com/faq

i notice my box was running terribly, high cpu and throttled speeds. went to support and WON THE LOTTERY of support people: Ronal! not only did Ronal target the problem fast, he tuned some of the processes to get the whole system running faster than before! I will look back on this fondly, because i doubt i will every get this level of professionalism on my little problems ever again.

Had some trouble with related configurations of settings outside normal support, and they took all the time needed to help me and fix the problem for me.
Not only that, I now understand what the problem was and where to look next time I have a similar issue!

More than their hardware
More than their hardware, their support team is top notch, I've been a customer for over 7 years and the support team knows their stuff, within minuets of responding they have helped me accomplish or fix anything that I'm working on.
