This is my second time working with Rapid Visa and i am very satisfied with their service. Isis Zhulieka was my agent and she is the best. she made the experience very smooth and was very helpful in every detail and would do everything very professionally and promptly.

Worked with Rapid Visa/ Boundless for years. However, they seriously dropped the ball on a Naturalization process and cancelled so- called dormant accounts and are holding already paid USCIS filing fees and won’t refund for no service. These processes can take a while to complete and at no point does Rapid Visa / Boundless staff don’t even contact you to let you know that your account could be expiring (in my case it was Not). They can neither supply signed documents that I agreed allegedly to their terms and at no point was there any correspondence to say that my account might become dormant. Paying for a ‘Premium Service’ upfront is a VERY BAD IDEA as they then get to keep all of your funds with ZERO service in return INCLUDING THE USCIS filing fees of over $700.00 Absolutely do not use this group. I’m sure they’ll have retort and some excuse. Buyer has been warned. Read the Better Business Bureau Reviews.

So far so good. Everything has been straight forward and on the occasions when I did have a question or needed some clarification Renee S., my support contact, was most helpful and fast to respond 😊

Decided to use this company because doing it myself would have been too challenging. RapidVisa was patient and made it smooth. Renee S was very responsive and helpful and I would definitely recommend.

I like the fact that I'm doing most of work and will have a set of eyes to look over the documents instead of waiting for the lawyer to get back to me at his/ hers convenience. I'm also able to correspond with a chat or email and the response time is very quick. I'm very pleased with the service.

My wife Rizza and I began our immigration journey with RapidVisa in the year 2023. I petitioned my wife using thier K1 Visa package, she is from The Philippines.
I have nothing bad to say about my experience. They are very thorough and too much so at times but that is what they are paid to do, and they want to get it right the first time. So that it makes the immigration as smooth as possible. Their customer service is attentive and supportive through the whole thing. I found RapidVisa helpful because for someone who doesn't know a thing about immigration they made the process a lot easier. Rather than trying to figure it out by myself. Having RapidVisa in your corner during your immigration journey I would recommend. It turned out to be a 2 year relationship but we got through it together.
Phoemela Udal was our customer service representative assigned to our case. I know there has to be a level of professionalism between customer and business. Phoemela did a great job bridging the gap by adding a little personal touch during our time with RapidVisa. She always offered help and explained anything that needed explaining. Trust us, the whole immigration process is not for amateurs or first-timers. We selected RapidVisa to assist us in preparing our K1 Visa. We were 18 months into the process, waiting for approval, when the Biden Administration offered immediate entry for Anthony on a humanitarian visa. He accepted after being in the US for six months. Our K1 Visa was finally approved, even though we never used it. We just submitted our Adjustment of Status, and we couldn't have done it without the entire staff at RapidVisa, especially Phoemela, who pointed out the many details and key items that only a professional would know.

They’re doing great at answering my questions. I’ve called them on five separate occasions in the span of about two weeks and each time I’ve gotten an answer.My Application Guide Isis Zhulieka sent me a nice introduction email when I finished the questionnaire.

The level of incompetence was ridiculous. I used Boundless for my husband's green card application, so I was excited to use Rapid Visa for our application for naturalization. I thought it would save me money and give peace of mind by double checking the accuracy on our applications. Nope. Don't use this service. Save your money and file it yourself or pay for an attorney. Details below:

- Their online form is terrible. The USCIS online filing tool is so much better and it is free.
- You don't get assigned a single person to your case, just a general email. I could tell that multiple people were working on my case because they would miss information that I previously sent, have no context from our previous conversations, or have no idea how to locate details I had already shared with them. Its like talking to someone who forgets what you say every 15 minutes.
- The final draft had SO MANY errors, like glaring, careless mistakes. The wrong addresses, wrong dates, wrong race. No one cross checks your form with the evidence submitted-- not even if you pay for a premium review. I had 4 addresses on my form and 4 leases for each included in my evidence. I got the form back and every single address / date of residence was wrong. Wrong race. I entered "PE" as the abbreviation for Peru in one of the addresses I had to manually send them, and they entered it on the form in the country section as "PA", as in Pennsylvania.
- They miss/ignore questions in emails. I would send emails with 2-4 bullet points and they would only answer 2 questions and ignore the rest. I would have to ask 2-3 times to push to get an answer to the hard questions.
- They didn't give correct guidance on the evidence/foreign documents for evidence, even though they apparently specialize in this. I literally called them Peruvian Embassy in LA to hunt down the specific version of a document that Rapid Visa requested and the embassy told me that document does not exist.
- I am not sure why they only do mail option instead of offering online submission.

I ended up stopping correspondence completely because the amount of time I would spend correcting their drafts would've taken me longer than just submitting it on my own. I used the USCIS tool for form submission in online account and it was great, and free.

Working with me and made it understandable and less stressful. Renee S made it wonderful to work with and would recommend her and rapid visa.

Positive - Fast response times, very clear communication and ability to keep me in the loop of what to expect.
Only room for improvement - Before starting the document gathering process between me and RapidVisa, I asked about the processing time and the estimate was 3-4 months. I should've asked more clearly, but I didn't expect the process of compiling all the documents to take as long as it did. I'm not sure how my case compares to the average, but I was doing my best to gather requested documents as quickly as possible. It would be helpful if you inform customers of the average time of the document-gathering and reviewing process as well. In other words, the average time from opening up the drop box and sending the first message to the applicant, to when the application is sent in the mail to the USCIS.

Renne S. Was there and kept checking in on me helping guide me in collecting all the forms and certificates we needed to complete the forms. Anytime I emailed her she would reply either that day or the next if it was after work hours. Her constant attention helped alleviate my anxieties in completing this which could be really daunting.
