I called in

I called in to request assistance with uploading additional information to finalize my review. Was greeted very warmly by RapidVisa customer support team member Flora, who processed my request flawlessly. Flora has continued to demonstrate why she is a valued asset at Rapid Visa. I commend her!

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable during the application process. They were able to answer all my questions during this huge life event in my fiancee and I process.
It took 20 months, no fault of Rapid Visa, but we are successful and my fiancee will be arriving in a few weeks.
I would highly recommend Rapid Visa service to anyone.

They are Horrible!!

They are Horrible!!! I paid about $1,500.00 for a service to be provided to my wife and my stepdaughter and the service was never provided!!! The service agents didn't speak English, the documents were wrongly filed with lots of mistakes and some never got filed at all!! I had to hired someone else to finish filing and take us to the finish line!! People's life's are at jeopardy and they just couldn't understand me or just didn't care. As stressful this process is they made it ten times worse!!! At the end they reimburse me 200.00 , a total rip-off!!! I strongly DO NOT recommend rapid visa!!

Your staff was great and very helpful and patient with my inexperience with the online process.the support team was great recieving my e mails and putting them in my drop box and giving me helpful instructions,thanks for all the help.
