I was involved in an accident and my car was not in a condition for me to drive, Karl has instantly given me a replacement car and was very helpful. The service was a 5* service and very professional. I would recommend for anyone looking to hire car to use Rapid car hire service. I have been with Rapid for a months now and they have been amazing.

I stuck there two hours there but the fleet manger solve the problem with in two minutes nice man great help thanks

Katy is super helpful, informative and extremely professional. I spent weeks looking for a PCO rental vehicle but more importantly a company who I could rely on as this is my first rental in the private hire industry. Then I found Rapid Vehicle Management. Extremely great service, easy onboarding system and hopefully Il build a nice relationship with the company and rent further vehicles in the near future as I progress in my career!
