Keep us in the loop.

No communication to advise that the package had been delivered. The only notice I received was that the gift was being prepared for delivery & nothing more. I had to email & ask if it was to be delivered on time.

Your gift was ordered on Friday the 20th of December (which is after all postal cut off dates for our area as shown on our website). We did however hand deliver your gift on the morning of Tuesday the 24th of December and an automated email was sent on delivery to your email address provided through our Shopify store. It is disappointing that you have chosen to give us a bad review when the very best service was provided at the busiest time of the year. We do hope that the recipients enjoyed their gift and apologise that we did not meet your expectations.
