Lucas, was super optimistic and willing to try and help me with things that he didn't necessarily have to help me with, he could have transferred me somewhere else but he dove in and actually fixed my odd problem!

I am having a great experience with Rapyd and now host multiple sites there. Perfect for dynamic sites using Learndash and Buddyboss. Support is brilliant. Sachin was super helpful with sorting some plugin setups. Thanks!

The service provides help at the touch of a button. I have had to reach out a few times and every time I received prompt tech support who tracked issues down. While the issues are slowly going down, they are explainable and fixable... the effort is recognized.

Faced with the problem of a fatal error when running a WordPress based site and the WooCommerce plugin.
WooCommerce tech support did not respond to my request. Searching the forums did not give any results.
The rapyd.cloud tech support team helped.
It took 2 days to solve the problem. Various tools were used to solve it.
As a result, rapyd.cloud employees have added additional code to the WooCommerce plugin and the problem has been resolved.

Rapyd Cloud continues to impress me, even with the complexity of my setup, which includes BuddyBoss, WooCommerce, AffiliateWP, and LearnDash. There are a few limitation regarding to their policy like turning off the automatic updates, but they haven’t been major, and the support team has always been quick to help. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to manage all these integrations without feeling overwhelmed.

My website started to crash since I migrated. And the speed isn't what I have been promised - unfortunately.

I only have good words for this hosting company, the support is FAST, very knowledgeable, they don't give up until you fix your issue.
And the hosting itself...well, it basically speeds up your website x10. If you have heavy platforms like buddyboss, you will see an incredible difference.
Also the dashboard is extremely intuitive and really modern. Super happy.
