Thank you for your feedback.

We sincerely apologise for the handling of our recent pre-orders in relation to the Pokémon TCG Celebrations release.

We understand that we had high expectations for this set release and gave that impression to our customers through pre-ordering on our website. We note that a lot of customers trusted us with their pre-orders, and in most cases, we were not able to fulfil every order we received. We also understand many customers missed the opportunity to order elsewhere because of no fault of their own.

Moving forward, we have taken onboard recent feedback with regards to pre-ordering and are in the process of revising and improving our system to prevent such an issue from occurring again.

We realise that our pre-order method was not appropriate for the products we were offering and are making some changes. For example, reduce the pre-order timeframe on new release products and only offer what we are allocated at the time of advertising, charge customers at checkout to guarantee orders, and improve email communications with orders.

Unfortunately, with the current market in Japan, we're not able to import as much product as we used to for the normal $99.95AUD price. We recently brought in a few Sun & Moon sets (Double Blaze, Miracle Twin, GG End, and Alter Genesis), however, most of those sets sold out recently during our birthday sale.

Newer sets are even harder to come by due to low print run, where the suppliers we use do not always get product. Further, outsourcing on the secondary market is almost double our normal listed price.

Given the circumstance, we do not know exactly when we can offer more product as this typically fluctuates on a weekly basis. If Pokémon Japan are able to produce more product to cater towards the international market in the near future, we may be able to see similar stock levels from late 2020.

You can always add out of stock items to your wishlist to be notified when we have them back in stock again, or when they are on sale.

To answer some of your queries:

1. As a business, we do our best to offer products we sell at competitive prices, and at times, below recommend retail. Some times product we sell below retail are our lost leaders to bring in new business, so we can continue to grow and expand our product range and services.

We cannot always maintain such low prices on certain items, and therefore, you may have noticed a price difference between the last two sets you have ordered with us.

2. We have an eParcel contract with Auspost that looks after domestic and international deliveries. Our contract includes signature on delivery (which we cannot change) on every order that we send. Auspost may have signed 'COVID' back in March that allowed them to safe drop your previous order, compared to your most recent one.

Alternatively, you can always request Auspost to safe drop your order while it is in transit or redirect it so that you do not have to collect from your nearest post office: https://auspost.com.au/delivery-options

Unfortunately, we cannot add a feature on our website that goes against our contractual obligations with Auspost.
