WOW what an experience. My children are great Wingrove family fans and they have been begging me for it so I got them it and although we had to get an exchange because it was a bit small it was perfect. Thank you

Grandson loved the clothes, jacket matching trousers and tee shirt.

Really good quality. Would definitely buy again. Sizing is true to size. And delivery was really quick considering I ordered in between Christmas and new year.

Great customer service from Rascal Clothing. Had an email as part of order out of stock and was told that if I placed a re order the postage would be refunded. After placing my order my refund was processed immediately and Dave emailed me straight away to let me know that was done. Great communication which is rare these days !

I ordered a full set for my son for Christmas. When it arrived, the size wasn’t right. My plan was to buy the correct size and return the original, but when I started the return, the website offered to process an exchange for me instead. Great, or so I thought.

The parcel was delivered back to Rascal on 24/11. By 26/11, their website still showed it as “not received,” so I contacted them. I did get a quick reply, but I was surprised to be told that the set I wanted to exchange for had sold out—and that all they could offer me was a refund.

Two things really disappointed me:

No one contacted me to inform me of this. I only found out because I chased it up.

How can a company offer an exchange and then sell the replacement item to someone else?

Overall, a very frustrating experience.

My son is a great Wingrove Family fan, but no more Rascal Clothing in our house!

I recently purchased a pair of Acid washed Joggers , age 7/8 for a  Christmas present. The price for the joggers was £37.95 less discount plus postage making a total to pay of £38.11. 

A few days later, after following their site, I found that the joggers had been reduced to £22.99. 

I contacted the company pointing out the difference in costs.

I received a reply from ‘Dave’ the next day and I was genuinely surprised and delighted to read that they had agreed to refund the difference in price which, by the way, I have already received.

It’s not very often that you get a company who listens and acts in the interests of  their customers.

Well done to Dave and the company. And the joggers are great. My great grandson will love them. x

Received the wrong sized item from what i ordered, which was very annoying, but Dave from customer services was so good and on the ball, my experience was with Rascal aftercare was second to none. He couldn’t have been anymore helpful, a credit to him and the company.

Edward loved his hoodie birthday gift and his Mom likes the Rascal range as they wear well, was well and the boys love them.

The customer service has been exemplary. Thank you to Dave for sorting out my exchange and return and for being patient with a Nanny not used to the site. I know my grandsons love Rascal clothing too.

Great quality clothing!

Ok. Tracksuit comes up pretty small. Arrived with lots of cotton hanging where poorly finished. Unsure how it passed quality control.
Not washed it yet as unworn
