We moved up from Florida and were interested in buying a house. After looking at several high-priced homes with no clue as to how real estate laws and procedures work up in the Carolina's, we reached out for help and had been referred to Mrs. Linda Strickland of Premiere-South Realty in Belmont, NC. She helped us purchase a very nice & affordable brick house in Gaffney, SC that was in better shape than the ones we had seen. Linda was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, easy to get along with and committed to helping us find our ideal home. She went above and beyond, keeping in contact with us often late in the day & was a fighter when it came to connecting us with resources and negotiating on our behalf with the seller and his agent. We give her a full 5 star review and highly recommend her as an agent. Thanks Linda!!!

Rate my agent is a fake. Using salespeople's information forcefully without concern. Deceiving the public by providing wrong information. They want salespeople to invest money to bring the ratings up. So many times they have inserted different agents photos in my profile, with incorrect sales data. So be careful when choosing people to market your property. Do not rely on Rate My Agent. Even the response at the bottom from Dean is a fake.

I have been a longtime customer of RateMyAgent, and have always received excellent customer service throughout the years. And today, again working with Julie,she responded within minutes to my call, she was attentive, professional and resolved my problem quickly. Absolutely terrible!!! I had the service for a few months and paid $500 up front. I was initially told that my reviews would automatically rotate and post weekly on Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on the day and time I chose in my Dashboard and when I had a new listing or closing it would also post on those sites. That is not the case. The last Facebook, Instragram & Twitter posts were February 22 & last Linkedin post was 4 months ago.

I called on Monday to cancel my account and asked for a refund and then got a call from Julie who talked a good talk and said she would have support call me to fix the issue. On Tuesday I hadn't heard from anyone so I called and emailed Julie daily since then and told her to cancel my account. She was hot and heavy emailing me trying to get me to stay but I told her my cancellation was final to please confirm cancellation and when and how much would my refund me. I have yet to hear back from her regarding this. Funny how they are available when they want your money but not so much when you need their help.

I noticed a couple new posts on Linkedin from a couple days AFTER I cancelled my account. I always respond promptly to my customers and I expect the same courtesy from a service I paid a lot of money for.

RateMyAgent, please will you email me and confirm my cancellation and refund and let me know how much and when I will receive that refund!

RateMyAgent works in a complicated space with many angles of approach.
Dealing Jarrod, he went through all of the finer points and sorted through the technical issues. His product knowledge and energy are an asset.

I posted a detailed negative review of an agent after which I was contacted by RateMyAgent and asked to provide the contract for sale for verification that I was the buyer. I supplied it and received confirmation that the review would appear on the agent’s profile. Sounds fine so far right? Read on…
 
30 minutes after their confirmation I received another email stating that “after speaking to the agent” because the contract for sale wasn’t signed by the agent (it was signed by the seller- which is totally fine and in fact what normally happens) there was an issue. Apparently I “didn’t transact through them (the agent)” and the review was deleted.
 
Yes, you read right. They approved my review, then spoke to the agent and then deleted it for reasons that make no sense at all to me. How is it possible not to transact through the agent when the agent introduces you to the property, conducts an open house with you, and is the agent on the contract for sale? Seems like a very weak attempt to concoct a reason not to post my review, despite several emails to their support explaining my position.
 
Shame on you RateMyAgent. I am the legitimate, verified buyer of a property and had a negative experience with the selling agent which the public should be aware of. Your deletion of my review when you claim to provide a website that allows people to “share your experience and help others” is absolutely disgraceful.

This is a terrible service nobody answers your questions even by phone, online, etc. Always you are frustrating because you can not fix the problems you have. Forget about if you have an emergency, it takes until two weeks to respond your questions or problems.

Terrible service, I been trying to call this company for over 2 months. No one answers the phone and no one calls you back. For a company selling service based on ratings, they are horrible when it comes to providing service to their customers. The chat always says someone will be back in 2 hours and no one ever answers the chat or the phone. Stay away from companies like this they are only interested in getting your money.

Rude people, send them 2 message they saw them, never unswerd me.

So if you have a bad experience with a real estate agent you can't give a bad review it will get removed thanks toRateMyAgent New Zealand who only accept positive feedback this is not how feedback works

Ratemyagent is not a fair rating site. The reviews are hand picked on who can review. I had a bad experience with a sellers agent on a house I recently purchased. I am not allowed to leave a review. There is a reason no bad reviews will ever be on ratemyagent. Rate my agent let's agents buy their reviews. This is a scam and try to fool the public when they think agents only have good reviews.

Very confusing trying to find an agent and I agree with many other poor reviews here that is does seem like agents who subscribe get a puch up a I do know this market quite well and this is a bogus rating (for cash) system to defraud the average punter ...

I have sold two properties in Glen Waverley in the last 12 months. One was an excellent experience and was mediocre to say the best. I could not post the mediocre experience as I was blocked by the agent. The agent has a perfect 5.0 rating as almost everyone on the website has 4.8 or higher. That is because the agent did not list the sale of my property. This means I cannot review it! Ironically I would have given him four stars. This is deceptive marketing by Rate My Agent as I found this agent on Rate My Agent.

A MUST for real estate agents and mortgage brokers!

Being a real estate and finance agency, we have opted into both review platforms within RateMyAgent and both of our businesses have benefited from the reviews and exposure.

We love the ease of integration with our CRM system that automatically feeds our results through, the automatic post scheduler on Google My Business/social media and how the system sends automatic reminders to our clients to ensure no reviews are missed.

We are regular user of their promoter feature which allows individual reviews to be promoted on google network and social media platforms and we have been successful in generating leads, converting them into listings and having them sold.

The investment made with RateMyAgent is a no brainer for our business given the benefits we've seen in a short period of time.

We look forward to continuing this relationship for years to come.

As a frequent user of RMA I wanted to say what a fantastic tool it is for not only potential sellers of a home, but for the agent as well. I know that I have been selected at least 4 times to sell someone’s home based on their research of RMA. Two were out of area agents: One selling his own investment property, the other agent selling a deceased estate. One an interstate landlord, the other a local family.
The system is very transparent as I even have a poor testimonial as one of my buyers wasn’t happy at all😢.
I have set up the system so as my listings, sales & testimonials filter through automatically to my Facebook & Instagram feeds. I even boost out on social media my super happy clients testimonials. I have now started to use their new product “Promoter for Listings”. This definitely increases eyes on my properties. Thanks RMA. Keep up the great work.

As soon as RateMyAgent came live as part of the subscription in Orlando MLS (ORRA) I signed up for it because it is included in the ORRA membership. In the basic membership for RateMyAgent, all linked accounts were included except Google My Business. Basically, all my new reviews will go in all my social media automatically as long as I had my accounts linked to RateMyAgent. The customer service was amazing. The only one that I had to pay was Google My Business so I signed up after a month or 2 for $39.99 plus tax per month. I decided to build a website so I cut that expense out. Automatically they disconnected not only Google My Business but also Facebook. And the review that was on Google My Business during the time that I was paying for the reviews to show up on my Google page disappeared too. RateMyAgent shows a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. As I explained in my cancellation letter, I was planning to go back to a paying membership as soon as I got another sale. Completely disappointed.

a fake review was posted under my name - there was no verification of that review. When I contacted RMA they removed the review and within day another review was posted, supposedly by the purchaser. This was worded similarly to the original and I expect that to be false as well as it stated "the vendors were ecstatic" which was far from the truth.
