Very fast and easy

Very fast and easy. Less paperwork than I thought. I had been turned down before for having 1099 not everyone accepts 1099 applicants . Nick Holding was Awesome!
He guided me through every step .

The experience was easy

The experience was easy. The team was very friendly and patient. They all gave consistent information. They were transparent with all the information and impacts involved. Extremely responsive. I never thought refinancing could be so easy!! Saving money is also great too!! I reduced my interest by over 6%
