No stars actually. I would NOT recommend this company or its marketed products. I purchased 2 overpriced lights which claimed to be universally adaptable. My electrician has informed me that they are not compliant in Australia. When I tried to return them I was refused. Images and information are misleading and I am left with a product that is unusable and $160 out of pocket.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, THEY SELL FROM CHINA AND THEY TOOK SEVEN WEEKS INSTEAD OF 7 DAYS. THE LIGHTS THAT I BOUGHT WERE NOT WORKING AND WE HAVE TO RETURN THE LIGHT TO CHINA, THE REFUND WILL TAKE LOOOONG!!!!

Never buy from this company. This is a scam. I have placed an order with them and never received my package as it went to the wrong address. They said they will refund the money never received a penny.

Didn't receive item, scam scammmm..

I’m starting with one star because otherwise it won’t let me review. This people or company are a scam, please do not buy anything from them. I ordered a lamp on January 18 and paid express shipping and it took 2 months to be delivered to a wrong address. Even with proof of delivery they won’t give me a credit to my CC. I’m still back and forth with Visa and see if they can credit me. Please do not buy from them.

Have tried to reach this Co. with E-mails but no response.

WORST COMPANY EVER.
Sent me damaged lights, They reqwested a picture from the broken glass everything was provided to them and after this waas done they are not comunicting with you anymore. I will open a case in court with my lawyer agenst them and I know the names of the pepole involved with this scame.

This company is a complete SCAM. Sold me a defective fixture and want me to pay to send it back to China! How are they even still in business??? Someone needs to crack down on this BS. They are robbing people.

Über zwei Monate Lieferzeit, nur die Hälfte geliefert, billigste Mangelware aus China, nicht zu vergleichen mit Fotos und der Beschreibung auf der Webseite, Artikel sofort zurückgesendet, seit mehreren Monaten warte ich auf mein Geld, Fall bei PayPal gemeldet in der Hoffnung mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. SPART EUCH DEN ÄRGER UND KAUFT WOANDERS...

My order finally arrived a month later. I reached out to them multiple times but did not get a response.

The lamp we bought looked very cheap and it is certainly not worth the premium price we paid. In order to return it, we had to pay 250 euros to ship it back to China. We got confirmation several times over email that the package would be accepted for a full refund if we paid for shipping. To the contrary, the package was refused twice upon delivery. Of course, we got no response from customer service when we asked why. We ended up having to contest the charge through PayPal. We won our case and were refunded but what a waste of time and money! Do not recommend!!

I tried to leave this review on their website. It accepts the review and then never posts... It appears that all their reviews are fake. What a scam of a company.

Die Ware ist niemals bei uns angekommen. Wir haben sehr viel Geld verloren. Die Kommunikation ist sehr sehr schlecht und fast betrügerisch, die versuchen einem nur das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Dort würde ich niemandem raten etwas zu kaufen.

Raypom products are not all as described. We ordered a light ($300) that was described as being able to change the light from cool (4000K) to warm (3000K). Wrong. It only dims. You CAN return it but shipping to China is more than the light costs. You will also NEVER get a customer service response. Had to open a case with PayPal to get anything. I have another light from Raypom that came with no instructions. NO ANSWER from customer service on that either. DO NOT BUY from Raypom.

I'm so disappointed to with the reviews that I'm reading. I've even emailed and started a chat with this company to ask a simple question about a product, but I've received no communication. I am opening a restaurant in a few months and there are a few lights on their website that would be perfect, but i cannot take the risk of spending so much money and not getting what I ordered and not getting it in time. well I guess my search continues.

Do Not Order From Raypom. Took forever to receive the product. Was not what I expected. The product came from China and it is too costly to return. I have to eat that cost and will not order anything from Rayom again. Buyer be ware!!

Note to self: google reviews before ordering from a new company. Product is extremely poor quality. Admittedly, it wasn't expensive but I paid extra to have it delivered within a reasonable time frame. Quality is really bad. Mark it down as a lesson learned.

If I can give 0 stars I would. This company sucks ass. They are a huge scam. Paid $250 for a light fixture. 5 months ago. Just got in in, had to wait for the electrician to come back to install & it does NOT work. During those 5 months I kept getting auto generated emails “thanks for you patience,your shipment is on its way” “thanks for your patience your shipment is on its way” no one can tell me where the eff it was “on a boat” where?? In the Atlantic? Pacific? Antarctica region? Whereee?? I got ripped off and more greys
So if your looking to have an anxiety attack over a lighting company…this is the place to order from

This company stinks!!! I ordered a light fixture and decided against it after I ordered (within 5 hours). Tried to cancel and was told that it was too late to do so as it had already processed. I was told that I'd have to pay to mail to to CHINA for the return. WHAT A SCAM...I would pay more for postage going to China than I paid for the fixture. DO NOT ORDER FROM RAYPOM.
