Paid over $100 for a q8 pro flashlight was enjoying it untill one night during charge electrical smell stated coming from it and stopped working had it 1 year and 1 month. I didn't ask for replacement I asked them to fix it and they said warrenty expired. Thats it no help no nothing. If this is the way they are going to do business I will stop recommending them in my group.

I Ordered mine from their website and Received in 7-8 days to the Sweden.
Everything was okay included packing and delivery.

Only took a week to delivery to uk, no problems and torch is great.

I ordered the new if23 pro torch as a Christmas gift. The price on sofirns website was suspiciously cheap, far cheaper than Amazon and even AliExpress. I still ordered despite other reviews stating long shipping times... It arrived to my door in 8 days! The shipping was very fast! It arrived in the uk within 5 days and then Yodel took half as long just getting it the final mile.

The product is genuine of course, (I ordered direct). Fully tested and everything works as expected.

I would definitely give them a try regardless of the low ratings, I'm happy I did.

Temu-level junk. Low-end electronic components, poor craftsmanship, in lights made to look like reputable brands, just without the same quality or performance. . And, to make things worse, once you give them your email addresss, they will not stop spamming you and will violate every law regarding unsolicited commercial emails,

ordered two q8 lights from amazon charged the batteries will not charge ordered 6 more from sofirn will not charge maybe the lights are good but your batteries are junk

I ordered 2x HS23 (headlamps), both came with wrong plastic mount, shorter, fit for other models they sell.
They never responded.

My experience: Have ~ 10 each Sofirn and Wurkkos flashlights. 100% of the Willis work perfectly. Only 50% of the Sofirn’s work as specified. The worst part is the Sofirn technical support team is very ineffective, rarely responds to email and when they do they expect you to troubleshoot and repair their product. The Sofirn’s that work well work OK but getting them to work has been painful.

I paid for two head-flashlights. Only one of them works. But its not the worst. They have stolen my credit card details and attempted to steal my money. Fortunately my bank caught this and locked the card because they tried to pay in US while I live in Poland.
Better buy in a local shop than at sofirnlight.com unless you dont mind your money to be stolen.

It took 24 days but it's ok as there were Christmas & New year's holidays. I am very satisfied with the headlamp quality.

Ho ordinato diverse torce direttamente dal loro sito Web. Mai avuto un problema. Ottime le batterie, misurate con SkyRC MC3000 e sono sempre risultate ottime ed in linea con i parametri indicati. Le torce della Sofirn sono realizzate con cura nei dettagli e nella scelta dei materiali. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Ne acquisterò altre sicuramente.

Fake batteries, they are selling them as 3000mA but they are only 750mA.
The service was good but quality of the product is disgusting.

As a flashlight "newbie", these folks were terrific in handling my order and questions.
They were quick in their responses and handled my situation very satisfactorily and with great customer service relations.
I look forward to purchasing another (few) light(s) in the future and definitely recommend them as a company.
By the way, the light I bought was the SC33 and I'm a big fan of that as well...great illumination, very powerful.
I would not (and will not) hesitate to use this company again for my illumination hobby (addiction).

I got a couple lights here & had a problem with 1 & after sending a quick video of my light not working they sent out another right away
BETTER SERVICE THAN AMAZON

I paid for two lamps at Sofirn, but due to a slight inaccuracy in the address and poor communication on the part of the final carrier, the shipment did not arrive and was sent back to customs, where it was destroyed as undeliverable. I informed the Sofirn service about this regrettable situation and they were very generous in correcting the address and reshipping at their own expense. I am very pleasantly surprised by this approach and thank the Sofirn service for its friendliness and willingness. By the way, Sofirn lamps are great. Thank you.

Good experience. Ordered the UV torch and the dive torch …. Both arrived within 2 weeks to Australia. Dive torch did not work and customer service helped me trouble shoot it to determine if battery or torch - once it was agreed that the torch was the issue they resent entire package again (including another battery) and this also arrived within two weeks. Overall very happy with price, delivery times and service level. Both torches are also very good quality for the price …. I pay around $100 - $120 for a basic dive torch normally and this one was only $35 and works great.

I purchased the IF23 flashlight around November 2023. It worked well for a couple months then the battery wouldn’t hold its charge. I contacted customer service and they responded asap, they helped me get a replacement battery and the shipping was fast. Thanks for the great service, will be buying more products soon.

Purchased new sofirn Q8plus. Fantastic torch very bright. At first had a few teething problems but after contacting customer services they did everything to ensure it would work. Will certainly recommend sofirn. Hence the 5 stars.

Die Preise bei dem offiziellem Shop von Sofirn sind super und sind günstiger als bei Amazon, die Taschenlampen sind super macht weiter so Sofirn, was auch mal nice wäre, eine Taschenlampe mit einem Lüfter zum runterkühlen der Taschenlampe. 🤩

Ware nie angekommen. Support der Firma sehr schlecht. Schieben die Verantwortung auf Alibaba und lehnen auch eine Rückerstattung ab. Auch kann man die Fa. schwer kontaktieren. Meist bzw. nur sehr schwer eine Antwort. Einmal wurde mir geschrieben ich soll sie nicht kontaktieren.
