We understand that losing access to your product shortly after purchase is disappointing. However, we take our security protocols and community guidelines very seriously. We strictly enforce our policies and only ban license keys that have been found in direct violation of our Terms of Service.

As clearly outlined in our product guidelines, license keys are subject to immediate termination if they are associated with unauthorized activities. Such violations include attempting to crack, reverse engineer, or pen-test our scripts and loaders without explicit authorization, as well as the unofficial reselling or sharing of keys and files. Furthermore, if your review is referring to a third-party account suspension rather than a license key ban, please be reminded that our software is developed exclusively for educational purposes and security research. We assume no responsibility for external account actions, and all usage is at the user's own risk.

If you believe this administrative action was taken in error and that your key was unjustly blacklisted, we welcome you to appeal the decision. Please open a support ticket within our server or contact a staff member directly so that our team can thoroughly review your case.
