It is always a pleasure to deal with RCI. Everything is so easy and they never make a mistake.

I have to give them one star it is the minimum, one more than they should get. Do not return phone calls on seven occaisions, hide behind and blame Head Office with no reason given. A bank to be avoided.

Scott was SO helpful kind and patient I can’t recommend RCI Customer service enough. I’m not very IT competent but he explained and talked me through everything. Also I was put through quickly.

My wife and I have used RCI bank for a number of years during which time we have enjoyed the benefit of competitive savings rates.
On the occasions we have needed to contact them we have found their staff to be exceptionally courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
The RCI web site makes on line banking refreshingly simple and straight forward.
A pleasure to deal with and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Excellent service, and calls answered quickly by friendly knowledgeable employees . The Freedom Savings account pays worthwhile interest and has easy access. Fixed term savings accounts usually offer some of the highest interest available.

The process of opening a savings and an ISA account was very efficient and straightforward. The only problem I had related to transferring the funds from my nominated account to the savings and ISA account in chunks of £2000! My nominated account only allows transfers of £2000 at a time. It would have been useful to have been able to make an electronic transfer for the entire amount from my nominated account to the ICI savings account.

Really simple to use app. Good interest rates. Highly recommended.

I can’t praise RCI highly enough. I found setting up a savings account very straightforward. Their communication is excellent and the information they send is clear and easy to understand. Customer service is first class and it is very easy to get in touch with RCI. When I recently had a query about my savings I got a response in a very short period of time. I recently downloaded the RCI app and this lets me access my account information even more easily. I just wish RCI offered a current account because I would swap to them immediately (the bank I am currently with is virtually impossible to get in touch with unless you prefer to interact with a bot rather than a human being).

Good clear website/app, and simple to use. I have had no problems to resolve, so cannot comment on customer service. Very happy with product.

I telephoned RCI and the call was answered without delay. I was ringing to seek reassurance that all was well re a planned withdrawal. I spoke to David who was very helpful and he clarified everything for me.

I have a Freedom Easy Access account and 2 fixed term accounts. Opening the accounts was simple and then it's just a matter of sitting back and forgetting about them until maturity. Would highly recommend
