I was impressed with RC Wiley because the first sofa I picked out I did rather quickly and did not try out a lot of them. When it was in my home I found I did not like it. It was not comfortable at all. Sadly most sofas in my price range were not terribly comfortable but I did find one I liked. The offer one time reelection and I was able to get the sofa I liked delivered ( it was hard to find the right account as I had 2 but they did it) and they switched the sofa out with the one I didn’t like and there was no charge. I thought there would be a restocking fee or I’d have to find a truck and take the first one back but no. I thought that was pretty awesome. Also the sales lady told me if I just wasn’t loving the new one to let them know and they would try to help. I do quite like the one I selected though. It feels fairly comfortable already (I understand it needs to be broken in). I like the new color as well. I will use rc Willy again when I want to add pieces to my sofa. shout out to Keri, my salesperson who was super helpful without being at all pushy.

Never received the email Clark said he'd send me. I ordered a Bunkett board over the phone. I don't know why I need to call Clark, he's the Salesperson. Guess you just don't care about customer service like you use to.

As always, we love shopping at RC Willey. Such a great selection of everything for our home and gift giving.

Everything from the moment that we walked in the doors was perfect! We purchased furniture for an entire home everything from beds to video games. Our salesman Michael Nook was fabulous. He treated us like family even the cashier was friendly and very helpful. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great selection and great products. Pricing was good, but the online ordering was a bit tricky. Overall, I’d recommend RC Willey.

We have used our sales person several times. I hope we can still continue using them.

The salesman didn't push,he just let us figure out what we wanted. The instead of going right to the sales he offered us to go home and mill it over. Was a wonderful experience. And yes we spent 5000 dollars. Long time customer that had a great experience.

We purchased in full a piece of furniture and had to wait a few weeks for delivery as they were waiting for more dressers to come in and only had the floor model on hand. That was fine as we had to make room for the new dresser. 3 weeks later we get a text from RCWILLEY that tomorrow 06/14/2025 our dresser will be delivered to our home. 06/14/2025 was a holliday and weekend and my family had plans be we canceled our plans so we could receive our furniture, 6:30 pm rolls around no RC willey, No phone calls from them no text. So i called their customer service and i asked wheres our delivery. first answer right a away was a driver had a family emergency and deliveries would have to be rescheduled. Ok sounds fine but as i pushed to why no text or phone call customer service puts me on hold to check comes back says oh never mind that driver was not delivering to you, but your order is backordered, No text? No phone call? sat here all day waiting for nothing. Got an apology from the customer service rep but that's still poor service. I asked to speak to her boss. Talked to her boss who told me someone should have called us. NOPE! then she tells me oh you order was never scheduled or something. WHAT? This is the second issue we have had with RC WILLEY in past 2 months, Thought the first time was a fluke, but seems to be S.O.P. We were planning on purchasing several more items but now I'm just not sure its worth the hassle. this was the OREM, RC WILLEY

I ordered two planters, but only one arrived. The second one has been "in transit" for over 24 hours and I can't find out how and when the package will arrive. Why didn't they both arrive together?? When will the second one be delivered?

Flooring looks great, service wasn’t terrible, but a bit frustrating.

Flooring ordered almost two months in advance, when came to install they were short pieces and couldn’t finish..2 weeks later still waiting. Carpet didn’t get scheduled for install. So there was a delay on that section of the home. That part got corrected within a day. After toilets were set they were leaking from water valve response was “it happens” so more expense for plumber. Called to schedule to have the wood flooring finished was told I couldn’t do it at that time of day and they would call me after 7. Still waiting for that call. Then called again, was told that the installer couldn’t come to me because there were “bigger jobs” that needed done first. Fingers crossed I get a call back for them to finish this week. Also, I’m probably naive but had no idea the amount of demo that would be done and was not at all prepared for the mess. I feel like in the prep paperwork or phone calls they should warn you a bit more, I would have removed everything from counter tops, pantry, any closet or area that would be open and exposed.

The product was a great value, had it shipped to Orem for pick up. It was there as promised, and the people who work the pickup department was great. They carried it out and put it in my car.

When I bought my carpet, they listen to me and I got what I needed. The gentleman that installed it was friendly and kind. He cleaned up after himself and I am enjoying my carpet very much.

Worked above board to get our carpet installed and especially to obtain gold coving to match the existing with our company coming. Very pleased with our experience!

I was on my way to pick up my order and I got an email saying that there was a problem and my order wasn’t there. I turned around, went home called the service line and they said the order was there. It’s just a glitch in the system. Fix the glitch!

The guys at big O are amazing!

The salesperson who waited on. us upstairs in the closeout area, where I was purchasing a dining table and chairs, did not know what he was doing on the computer, and would not go ask anyone for help. After almost 30 minutes, I went and found someone else to help him.

Appreciate patience with our request to delay carpet installation for several months. Installers were great. Happy with their work.

Becky Buckwalter was very helpful, explained things well, helped me find what I was wanting and was very knowledgeable. The installer talked things over with me as to where would be the best place for a seam and then he carefully went about the installation. He was very capable and quick.
