Delivery men broke a window shade during delivery and I have been unable to get someone out here to fix or replace the damage. I spoke with someone at RC Willey over 2 weeks ago and they said they would send someone over to inspect the damage. I am still waiting. I pointed out the damage during delivery and he took a picture and said it would be in the report. Very frustrating.

Alan was super helpful and helped us decide when we were ready to give up.

Went to RC Wiley looking for dresser and ottoman , Michael Nook help me and show me the different products I was looking for. They were in stock and I the two items was delivered the next day.

Simple, easy, clear, cost competitive

Went to will call and did contactless pickup. Waited 40 minutes and nobody came out. Went in and the lady had just notice when he told them.

For online purchase of microwave, I received the best price by far, choice of free delivery in a week versus free local store pickup on the following day, and free recycling of the broken microwave I was replacing. My experience vastly exceeded my expectations.

Michael Nook was fantastic in-store, helped us find exactly what we wanted, was professional, and so great to work with. 10/10 would recommend his services! We bough a house last year and fully furnished our home, but are not liking some of the pieces we previously bought. He walked with us through the entire store and was so kind about our different needs. We were unable to get back into the store, so we purchased online, but we really wanted to recognize him and his 5 star services!

Keith Johnson is the reason why we come back. He's the best sales rep we've ever had, including our Mercedes and BMW salespeople. He needs to have his commision doubled.

I miscalculated the measurements for my recent ottoman purchase. I was able to exchange the product and the associate helping me was very polite and efficient.

We pulled up to will-call, called the posted number, and the attendant brought out our machine. He even loaded it into the car.

The sales rep’s are great people and very helpful. The company has high quality products. I love doing business with you guys.

Always helpful friendly staff, however the door greeters, Last one I dealt with anyways) was not so great, picked up in store a few ps5 games and a controller and upon walking out they said they needed to record the codes of the games to make sure they get charged, (I already paid) anyways I let them take the info, after 20 mins I was really pissed, you have a greater that is very slow and hand hardly see let alone write down stuff to record stuff. Ended up taking a picture and sent it to her so I could leave. If this is a new policy please provide them with a scanner to make it quick seamless. it took me less time to find my games I wanted and pay for them than it did with her.

I ordered a Disposal on Christmas Day. because of the $50.00 Gift card offer. When I went to the pick up area to get my order there was no information about the Gift Card. They referred me to the online department to check on the gift card. After a reasonable time waiting on the phone I was talking to a very understanding company rep I was able to receive my Gift card.

I pulled into the pick-up area and followed the instructions for the text message check in. Half an hour or later I went into the building to see what was taking so long and it turns out they never saw my information. After checking in it only took about five minutes to get my item.
The people I worked with were great and very nice. I'm just disappointed that it took so long.

I loved the delivery tracking and accuracy of the delivery window.
I called the store to order, but the computer system was down. The agent told me that he would give a note to a sales person to call me when it came back up. I never got a call. After closing time, I finally went on-line and ordered my TV. I had wanted to give the commission to a local resident, but failed. I am disappointed.
