Buyers beware. This company is a scam. I ordered an item and the smell that came from it was horrible. I contacted customer support for a return, I have completed all the info required and all I am getting is crickets. They will not respond and after contacting the Better Business Bureau I was told the address given on their site is also bogus. There is no phone number listed and the emails go unanswered. Save yourself the headache and don’t order a thing. If I could have given it 0 stars I would have. Horrible company

The product arrived defective. I immediately contacted the seller to resolve the issue and was told that a replacement of the same item would be shipped out. Since then, I’ve made several attempts to get additional information or an update, but my messages have gone unanswered. I still have not received the replacement jacket or any communication from the seller regarding its status. Very disappointing experience, especially after being assured the issue would be resolved.

100 percent fake. scamming with real product pictures .contact them multiple times never a single response.took over 2 and half weeks to even ship once shipped they ship from China. Faud and scam dont even think about buying even if the price looks good

If I could give zero stars I would. RDM has a 30 day return policy. I’ve emailed them 22 times trying to initiate a return with no response. The product I ordered looks nothing at all like what’s on their website. This is a scam site so please beware!

I ordered the Marlboro jacket, it's very cute and looks just like the picture. However, I need a bigger size. The company doesn't exchange they only do returns. At first customer care was very responsive but once it came time to get the return label I haven't been able to get a response.

First of all, I thought I was getting the product from America, but it came from China. The product is really substandard and threads are coming out everywhere and the stitching is unraveling all the time. I feel like I've been robbed, especially since the product was expensive.

The items are too small and want to return. I emailed rdm support the same day i received my items. I have emailed several times to supportrdmclothingart, its been over 2 weeks since I sent the first email. They have sent back two very short unhelpful responses, one suggesting they could send a different size but there are no larger sizes available for the items, and the 2nd email was just a 'the team will get back to you'... I think theyre trying to dodge the emails about the return requests, despite their website stating they offer returns... sooooo... be wary... ive never experienced customer service that take overs 2 weeks to figure out how to try to return an item... ?!!!!!!! If it ever does happen which at this point im doubting... I was originally thinking of buying different jacket for my bf m, but after this experience I think not... :/
