Due to the long NHS waiting times for an ASD assessment we decided to book a private assessment for our 4 year old son. Reach Autism Services were brilliant. The whole process was straight forward and everything was clearly explained. My son's school are implementimg recommendations from the report and GP has made recommended referrals.

The team were so kind and supportive throughout my son’s assessment journey. After years of trying and failing to access help and support through school and GPs, I can’t put into words how grateful I am to finally feel that my son has been genuinely seen and heard for the first time. We now feel like we have the understanding and the tools to be able to support our son going forward. Thank you

The whole process from assessment to diagnosis of autism for my home educated 13 year old daughter was very sensitively handled, my daughter felt listened to and supported, as did I. Ongoing support is offered and the post diagnosis pack meant we have some really helpful resources going forward. Thankyou

Absolutely recommend reach autism , after being told my daughter would have a long wait on nhs waiting lists because of her age and the nhs waiting lists being put on pause it was important to us to find answers for her which autism reach did for us , my daughter was made to feel welcome and comfortable with each step of the assessment but also felt listened too , Joanna was such a lovely person , so knowledgeable, and kept me up to date every step of the way .

Extremely professional, thorough and caring service. Joanna and Jane were excellent, taking time to listen in a non-judgemental style to deliver a comprehensive report for my adult daughter.

I had deliberated for a long time over whether to seek an adult diagnosis for autism but I'm so glad I did and that I chose Reach to take that step.
