Fast shipping great company

Ordered and it came Quick. We bought the X cup and on our first flight we had a minor crash and it broke It was my son’s money and he’s really sad and on their 30 day review policy they said they can’t return for a crashes

I live in France so I was expecting the delivery to take a couple of weeks or so after shipping - RMRC shipped the next day and I received the item a week later. Buying from French online retailers takes longer!

We ordered an installed amount on May 8, 2018. (Order number: 308992) But our order still has not arrived. We sent too many e-mails requesting cancellation of the order and reimbursement of the fee and no reply was even given. We want a solution for this mining that we live as soon as possible.

On May 4 2020 I ordered fat shark scout goggles through readymade RC. After a month I sent a message asking where my goggles were since I had not received them. I received a very quick response stating that I had ordered them a few minutes before midnight but the order had gone out the very next day. What they neglected to tell me was that the order was shipped out of Sweden. The excuse readymade RC gave that it takes so long for me to receive this product was because I had picked the cheapest shipping rate that they offered. Fedex shipping. I stated to them that there is no reason anything should take a month to get from Ohio to British Columbia Canada. The next shipping rate was about 3 times more expensive. Come on RMRC get your crap together and find shipping companies that aren't so expensive. Maybe take a lesson from Ali Express or Banggood. Cheap shipping and i always receive within 2 weeks.
When I received the package I could tell by the packaging And manifest that the package had come from Sweden to readymade RC in Ohio. From there it was shipped by FedEx to me in Canada.
I finally did receive my package just about 2 months to the day from the original order.
My suggestion to anyone that wants to purchase from RMRC, and expects their purchase to arrive quickly is, do not use the cheapest shipping rate AND ask RMRC if the product is in their stock or does it have to be ordered by them from overseas. Atleast knowing that info gives you the choice of waiting for the order from RMRC or ordering from a different supplier.

Ordered multiple times, can't beat their prices. Many times I used the Messenger chat to get live support and product recommendations. They went above and beyond when my DJI FPV air unit died on me, they had my back and my quad back up in no time. kudos and many thanks

I see only a few reviews here? their should be many many many more good reviews about them! I have placed about 10 orders with RMRC since about Oct 18 and only had 1 defective F/C and when it was out of stock I inquired if they could send a different F/C of equal price and they did :-) replacement also got here using the same express shipping that was used with the original order! impressive! Try getting that at Banggood, it ain't gonna happen, if bg even does replace defect? so in conclusion I say use RMRC! They will take good care of you! *****

Nothing to complain! Great stuff, very fast shipping, fair shipping rates for european customers. I ordered a Strix Goblin, paid it, shipped next day. A few hrs after the shipped it, the price dropped. Short request, and they refunded the difference instantly.
Looks like the low ratings here are done by employees of other shops...

Where did these other reviews come from? Seems like they're trolling RMRC. This is the best FPV and RC shop around, bar none. Best service and fastest shipping around.

I ordered (4) 1/8" to 1/4" prop adapters from them on Monday. I paid 11$ extra to get an express shipping method with tracking. The tracking info stated the package was delivered yesterday however I never received my order. Possibly they failed to correctly copy my address onto the shipping info as other reviewers have have stated happened. Or possibly they never sent it. Their customer service pretty much blew me off saying it ain't their problem. I would highly recommend using a different company for you rc product needs.

I purchased the E-Flite FPV Vapor RTF aircraft (EFLU6600) by Horizon Hobby. The first day I flew it, one of the wheel struts snapped off on landing. I complained to the retailer, ReadyMadeRC, that I believed the carbon fiber from which the struts was made was too fragile, especially considering that the struts are the component subjected to the most stress during use. The retailer responded that the user is responsible for “crash” damage, and a “crash” is defined as any situation where impact is hard enough to damage parts, including hard landings. They also asserted that I should have packed up the aircraft and sent it back without using it if I believed the struts were defective, but how was I supposed to know that without flying the aircraft? As such, they denied any responsibility. How convenient it is for them to have a policy that says (i) you are supposed to find latent defects before using the product (even though the term latent means you can’t see them), and (ii) by definition, any breakage is deemed to be the result of a crash. This policy allows them to avoid liability under any circumstances whatsoever. ReadyMadeRC indicated that Horizon Hobby took the same position. I communicated with Horizon Hobby to suggest that they redesign this particular aircraft to use wire wheel struts instead of carbon fiber so that they will bend, but not break, under stress, but it looks like I am stuck with a flawed aircraft unless I can figure out a way to install wire struts on it myself. Bottom line is that neither Horizon Hobby nor ReadyMadeRC is a customer-friendly or consumer-oriented company. BEWARE, and don’t expect either of them to provide any redress if you have a problem!

Great customer service, Wanted to know something on a product they had , they actually told me not to buy it as it would not meet my requirements ... REALLY ! (oh and thanks to Tim for that)

Super fast shipping to over sea country (ZA) and really nice products .(Tracking on budget shipping option)

At this moment in time my preferred go to on-line shop.

Keep in mind , they do not make value of products less for customs declarations.
