I was looking for someone to swap a boiler thermostat over to a Hive so I put it on Checkatrade. Real Boiler Servicing sent me a text which offered what I wanted and I was able to book it straight away online. This was very easy to do and confirmed straight away. Ibraham came as arranged a very nice helpful man he fitted my new thermostat and found an issue that hadn’t been corrected when the boiler was installed. He took his time even though my appt was after 5pm he didn’t leave until he was happy everything was up and running as it should. I’m so glad I decided to change this as I would not have known about the boiler issue I just thought it was me unable to get the thermostat to work. My plan was always to have a Hive fitted.

All work completed to a high standard. Offered to return if anything new happens.

Very happy with the service I received. Ibrahim was running a little late but called to let me know, apologized and offered to reschedule if it was inconvenient. Serviced the boiler, extremely polite and knew what he was doing. A problem I had with the water pressure was resolved. Sent an invoice a few days later - no money is taken on the day. I would recommend this company.

I first used Real Boiler to deal with issues in the bathroom. I met with several plumbers and Ibrahim stood apart from the rest.
He provided me with a detailed quote, sourced all the equipment required for the job (other plumbers wanted me to obtain some of the equipment directly with the Plumbers Merchant) and communicated well regarding the installation timings.
On the day of the installation, he showed me all the equipment that was going to be used, to check I was happy with it. He happily answered any questions I had and got on with the job. The bathroom was tidy at the end.
He is a professional & I will not hesitate to contact him again.

I'm very happy with Ishmael's work. He was knowledgable and very clear in his explanation of the work he carried out. I'm a bit confused about the 'out of area' extra fee of £30 when their business address is only 5 miles from my address though ! All told, I'm happy with the engineer.

Used Real Boiler Servicing again this year for my annual GCH boiler and gas safety check and once again Ibrahim was thorough, professional and always willing to offer and share his honest and extensive advice. Cannot recommend Real Boiler Serving enough.
