Our retreats are curated to allow your inner child to come out and play. We promote a balance of fun, movement, time for grounding, healing experiences, and rest. We can all agree that sometimes life can feel hectic, time can just pass us by, and work can become overwhelming. We may unintentionally neglect ourselves if we aren't prioritizing our self care practices. That's where we step in to make it easy for you to take the necessary time away from work, responsibilities, stress, and the challenges of adulthood. We plan a full itinerary that includes a variety of experiences including dance classes, guided meditations, yoga classes, group dinners, time in nature, and more. All you have to do is show up! All activities are optional, as you may opt in to sleep or take time for solitude.

When I tell you that I had the time of my life!!! I went on a San Diego retreat and it was so much fun. Got to connect with different people and dance in scenic areas around good vibes and energy. There were fun activities included such as sightseeing, classes like dance and yoga, and even a nice dinner. Can’t wait to go on another one. Worth every penny!!
I went to Cabo, Mexico with Real Hot Retreats and it was such a great trip! The itinerary was a perfect balance of relaxation and activities. The host, Marissa, made the booking process simple and picked such a great location! She was welcoming to all, including newcomers like me. Highly recommend considering for your next trip!
