If there was a -50 star option I would use that, please do not buy anything from this company its a massive massive SCAM..... we lost all of my daughters money it turned up looking like one I could by for £10 at a toy shop, its not based in the UK as its stated, its in France, also I asked for a refund straight away they didnt and havant let me have a refund... Do not use this company....

We brought one from babeside in the end fantastic company my daughter got her floppy silicone baby she wanted ❤️

Doll ordered for a certain date. Did not arrive in time.
Eventually arrived. No response from seller for return or refund.
Far too expensive than those found on Amazon.

I’m gutted. The doll ordered did not arrive as advertised. No clothes, no certificate, no pacifier, not painted and wasn’t even put together. Even the eyes weren’t in. My daughter broke her heart, she’s 7 and waited excitedly for weeks. I feel I’ve let her down but not coming on here first. I will never make this mistake again. DO NOT USE!!

Absolute scam without a doubt. I take full responsibility as I should have checked the reviews but didn't. So upset though as thought I was getting a silicone doll (£98 )my 7yr old granddaughter could bath. So disappointed when I received a cheap, jointed, cloth doll that sell for about £25. No human reply from emails. Just a generic "someone will be with you when available". When I said I don't understand (the problem) the cheeky b******s,sent same email in French!!. I tried to look up a phone number and an address..... What came up was bizarre 25 ,Cromwell st , Gloucester !!!

I had to post this here just to warn everyone.

My Daughter purchased her Baby Reborn and she's normally good at checking genuine sites, but when the delivery date exceeded the time period she questioned the validity of the site, she had started to question this about a week before having sent a couple of communication emails and not received any update on delivery time confirmations.

She initiated a cancel of order as per their refund policy. she allowed it to exceed 48 hours, even though the reply states 24 hours. After this time she contacted her credit card company and initiated a chargeback.

TIP: if you do want to use this site, use a credit card.

It does appear the company communication does not exist.
I asked my Daughter to give me some insight into the site, and when she went to show me she said some of the content images had changed.

So let me play a bit of detective, without investing and wasting my time on this site at first glance the following is what really stood out to me.

The terms and conditions has no Address, No Registration or Vat Registration number.

The domain is not registered against anyone, which i find very strange for a company or even anyone.

I didn't find any reviews on the site that are not 6/7/2026 or 6/6/2026

The review on the site doesn't match the stars awarded based on trends we know from other sites.

The images used don't always match the images in reviews, and in one there was a picture of a man, why! some images are blank.

unless there is some form of cropping when you upload the image, most of the images seem to sit a cropped style at least the ones i looked at in peoples reviews.

AI was able to tell me some of the images used in the product images are AI.

I think there is enough evidence there to suggest things don't tally up.

I will add this positive note.
We looked at the site dollshows.co.uk and visited one of their hosted venues today, this gives you a chance to see and meet the artists and purchase a reborn from their stalls. I would highly recommend you visit a doll show, or fair.

Do not use this company.
Order placed payment taken but now claiming that an order was received. SCAM.

If I could give no stars I would ordered a so called silicone doll for my 9 year old daughter who had saved up money from doing jobs to buy a doll in excess of £100 to not get what she ordered. Cheap plastic doll and then they don't answer any emails to return for a refund total scam stay away

Do not place any orders with this company completely fraudulent, your payment goes to a website called vondomme and when you click the link to get to the website it’s not even a website . I have been charged £75 and received nothing no
Communication after emailing countless times this is a total scam please stay away from this company

0 stars would be more appropriate. The baby is not worth the price and is not soft silicone. Extremely poor communication and still no information to return the doll despite sending many emails. Also the delivery was far later thank stated.

The baby received looked like a cheap doll from a toy store.
