Can't express enough how professional this company are to deal with. Had an issue with delivery (no fault of the company, posting company issue ) and Shelly's went above and beyond to help get it sorted, the best customer service. The doll is stunning, would highly recommend to anyone, will definitely order again. Will have a very happy daughter on Christmas.

I am absolutely over the moon with the reborn doll I received today from Michelle! From the moment I opened the box, I was completely in awe — he looks so incredibly realistic, every tiny detail is just perfect. The artistry, care, and love that Michelle put into creating him truly shines through. His skin tone and delicate features are breathtakingly lifelike.

Michelle is an amazing artist and a joy to purchase from. I can’t stop looking at him, he’s simply beautiful. I’m beyond pleased and so grateful to have one of her creations. Highly, highly recommend! 💙

I ordered a reborn dolls from Amazon was very disappointed it was cheap nasty returned it. I contacted Shelley‘s reborn dolls Michelle was very kind videoed called me so I could see what I would be getting. I ordered Tessa for my eldest granddaughter. I was blown away so realistic. Harlow was very emotional when she received her doll. Harper, Harlow’s younger sister kidnapped the doll and wouldn’t put the doll down, so I had to order another doll this time I ordered Brooklyn again a beautiful doll very realistic looking and a good price I would not hesitate to order from them again and would recommend people to get their dolls from Shelley‘s reborn. I absolutely love this company. I’ve had many reborns from here and each one has been dazzlingly beautiful. They are painted perfectly and are so life-like with realistic features such as veins etc. Michelle has such a skill I’m addicted. I have got lots in my collection now. All are authentic and perfect from this place. I highly, highly recommend you can choose from rooted or bald. I have babies from here that are both and they are absolutely stunning! Ive ordered 3 reborns since June this Yr and have another on the way 2 are budget reborns but the attention to detail and the quality are amazing I was really blown away at how detailed they are I bought a more expensive one recently for xmas and my gosh she's just simply so beautiful and delicate her detailing is insane she's so precious I cannot wait for xmas I'm also ordering another before xmas I'm that in love with shellys reborns so glad I came across shellys reborns and the artist herself she's a wonderful and kind lady she's very good to her customers always helpful and replies to everything just love her she's amazing 🥰xx

Shelley has recently made a doll for my little girl. It was the Saskia doll.
Wow, i am blown away. The doll is so life like, weighted and beautiful. I honestly cannot wait to see my little girls reaction on her birthday. It actually looks like a real baby.

“Better than the photos”…Worth every penny! My daughter is very very picky and 4 failed dolls later from other companies we finally tried here… she unboxed with her friend after school and after they opened it they both went wow, this was a little custom order and when I told my daughter I was leaving a review, she said “ tell them it was better then the photos” the detail, weight and extras make this such a special item, also the arms and legs are flexible which I was a little worried about thank you so much 😊

Amazing! ordered Chloe newborn doll for my soon to be 6 year olds birthday looked at reviews before ordering and liked what I saw so I ordered. she's just arrived not even a week later she's beautiful looks so real , and shelly has also sent a change of outfit with her too which I thought was lovely. the dolls heavy and made really well for the money will deffo recommend to everyone and buy from her again should my daughter want more.

Honestly can say I am so impressed by how realistic the doll is. She is absolutely beautiful. She even has eyelashes. It made me broody just holding her!
Anyone looking for a reborn doll I would highly recommend Shelley’s reborn dolls. I spent a long time researching and reading reviews of reborn dolls and glad I did this. If I could leave a picture of the doll I would to let anyone see just how good quality the doll is.

Had 2 dolls from shellys reborns now and their both absolutely amazing my daughter loves them, the customer service is also fantastic, would highly recommend to anybody.

I love my doll so much. They don't sell her anymore, as I got her 1 year ago (for my 10th birthday) Shelly's dolls are affordable, and extremely realistic. I enjoy my doll (who I named Pixie), and play with her every day. I fully trust Shelly's reborn dolls, and would totally buy from her again. When my mum said she was interested in a doll, but wondered whether she could have a couple more photos of it, Shelly replied immediatly with more photos. Pixie is my first reborn, and I might get one for christmas (I really hope I do), but Pixie will always be my favourite, as she started my collection. If I could, I'd rate it 100 out of 5!
