From getting my AIP and Morgage approval, Hassan has been wonderful, broker,he knows what to do at every point, he is dedicated to what he does, he make sure he finds a better deal for you. He works with a great team, Felix he is ready to talk to me, when i call, always positive, Abbies i say thank you. To all Rebus team thank you.

We just bought our first house through the support of this great team lead by Hassan. They made mortgage process seamless and always ready to offer good services. Thank you Hassan, abie and Felix. You guys are legends

Initially impressed with the reviews of this Broker and I appointed them to deal with a BTL purchase to add to my portfolio.

For context I have several mortgages on numerous properties that need refinancing, remortgaging or indeed buying further properties; an ideal client to retain you would assume!

Started off well and communication and effort was reasonable up to and including a mortgage application.

The valuation on the property was down-valued and thus a new application would need to be made at after this point The Broker (Lee) and his assistant (Abbie) became impossible to deal with.

New figures were given the go ahead to investigate and a week and a half had gone by and not a single point of contact made via email or telephone from either of them. I chased on Monday 15th June and was ignored by both and eventually I terminated my appointment with them the following day.

On the day of termination (16th June) they miraculously then resurfaced, looked at better deals, left me several VM and did all the work they should have been doing a good 7-10 days earlier. At this point it was too late as I had appointed a new broker to take on my purchase.

Says a lot that the only way to get this lot to do anything is to terminate their appointment - which is highly counter-productive when you’ve lost serious time in the house purchasing process.

Would I recommend - absolute not. There are more productive brokers to deal with and to me they came across as lazy, unproductive and felt like they were doing you a favour!

No doubt they will come back with some smart response to deflect the above, rather than just own it.

I had an excellent experience with Rebus from start to finish. Buying a home can be stressful, but Neezam made the entire mortgage process smooth, clear, and straightforward. He was always professional, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way.

A special mention also to Abbie, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process.

First time buyer on a visa and I can only recommend Rebus as your mortgage advisor and broker. Got my mortgage offer within three days of putting forward the application and completed in about 12 weeks. The entire team were really helpful and were readily available to speak to when we needed clarification.
