We were very apprehensive to start the process of buying a house in the UK because we had heard how difficult it is to get a mortgage at our age as we are over 55. However, Neezam and his Team put us at ease immediately and the whole process from mortgage in application to mortgage approval was seamless. Even after the mortgage approval, they are still happy to assist us. Good advice has been given and everything has been excellently explained. We highly recommend Rebus as mortgage brokers. They are superb.

We was first time buyers and the whole experience can feel overwhelming, we were with other mortgage brokers at first and we had to leave them and felt lost. We tried 5 other companies and we had a bad experience with all other 5 companies. My friend from work recently purchased a house and recommended highly recommended Rebus as they went through them.

We had an appointment with Neezam Romjon and he was informative, knowledgeable and made us feel at ease and that we could ask any questions. Neezam spent a long time searching for the best deals for us and broke down all the costs with income protection, life insurance and will costs. The information given to us was clear and precise with no pressure to go any route but advised the best possible way for our family. Neezam also got us a really good deal with solicitors and we had a outstanding experience with Greystone.

During the whole process Jo Ellis communicated with us at every single point, I have never been so reassured, supported and had confidence in a service like I have Rebus. Jo was providing us updates on the progress throughout our journey. Jo would call us and give us updates and reassure us everything is progressing well and if anything needed chasing up Jo would do this then provide us an update.

We were first put in touch with Neezam who was so knowledgeable about the Help to Buy process, which was very reassuring as the mortgage advisor we initially tried with another company had no clue what to do which stressed us out.

Lee and Jo provided me with a first class re-mortgage service. They kept me regularly updated on all steps in the process and found me a great mortgage that ensured I was able to repay my help to buy equity loan and release funds to utilise towards home improvements! My repayments are less than what they would have been if I had stayed with my previous lender (and also less than other brokers had found). Icing on the cake was the cash back that came with my new mortgage due to my home being energy efficient. I would not have been able to navigate this process (which seems incredibly tricky when you throw help to buy into the mix) without Rebus - Lee and Jo are amazing. If I could give more that five stars I would!! Thank you!
