Nadine was so helpful and patient with me as we explored options for my content and income insurance! She really went the extra mile to make sure I got what worked best for me. I would use Rebus again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend ☺️

After having a bad experience trying to buy a house previously we decided to go with an independant mortgage broker and we spoke to Ben. On first impressions he was very informative but not pushy. The process took a long time not because of Ben he was very efficient but because we just couldn't find a suitable property. However he kept checking in with us to see if we needed any assistance and to offer advice. He helped us with our mortgage and so it was ready to go when we did find our house. The whole process was smooth and both him and Erika were really good at communication. We are both so pleased with Rebus and don't think we would have become homeowners without their expertise.

As contractors with not the best credit rating we were really unsure of how to get a remortgage for home improvements. Our research pointed to Rebus and we weren't let down. Ben was a very active advisor. We were able to progress things very quickly We had multiple meetings where he explained things thoroughly. We are first time buyers and we received great guidance and advice. I would recomment Ben and Rebus to my NHS colleagues, as he understood the atypical NHS pay structure.

Ben was great from the get go. Always clear with his advice, instructions and next steps. Erika's weekly updates were a great help. Ben could be trusted blindly with arranging our mortgage and financial protection.

Once again, these guys have nailed it. I don’t even consider using any one else or even tackling it on my own as they’re the experts. Lee and his team break everything down so it’s easy to digest. The team keep you in the loop along the whole process and put us at ease. They were able to answer all of our questions by phone or email extremely promptly. Highly recommend this company.

Neezam And Joy were absolutely amazing, they looked at our Mortgage and found us the best deal available at the time, not only did they lock this deal in for us but due to the timeframe we had to remortgage Neezam also reviewed the deal we had originally and reprocessed it for us to save us even more money closer to our deadline, we did not ask for this to be done and was all part of the service, we felt valued as customers and the service was excellent, will always come back to use their services.

Our 5 year fixed term mortgage was coming to an end at the end of April 2023. Not only this, we also were wanting to clear our Help2Buy equity loan we took out in 2018 when we purchased our house.

The thought of having both come up at the same time was filling us with dread. Especially as we'd heard so many horror stories about how difficult it was to deal with Target (the H2B people)

We reached out to Neezam, completely clueless on where to even start. Immediately we felt reassured and the pressure was lifted in an instant.

Rebus helped us to find a mortgage to buy our first full ownership house (we didn't think this was achievable just yet). Lee was super helpful in talking us through all our options and managed to exceed all our expectations in terms of timings, communication and what we could achieve whilst also making us feel really comfortable when discussing something so personal.
