Unprofessional people who don’t know how to deal with problems, Lee pushed us to apply as soon as possible even he kept emailing us Sunday and when we applied mortgage and provided everything they asked for but in the end they didn’t help when lender declined our application. Joy Ayers other character who just kept asking for documents and whenever I asked for update she always reply funny. Don’t waste your time and money with this company as you provide all documents and hassle they just upload them and asking their ridiculous fee £695 please go to some good mortgage broker and even they charge less than these.

Our case is very complicated and difficult and Rebus recently helped us successfully get a mortgage. We talked to a few banks ourselves and also many other brokers, all said to us that there’s no product that we could meet the requirements. When I talked to Lee, he came back with a solution on the same day, which eventually turned into a mortgage offer. It was such a pleasant experience working with Lee and Joy. I can never recommend them enough.

As first-time home buyers with limited knowledge about the home purchasing process, we are incredibly grateful for the exceptional support and guidance provided by both Lee and Joy. Their expertise and patience made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Joy has kept us updated with regular communication which helped us feel reassured about the whole process.

Rebus FS team has gone above and beyond.
We have been told by a certain mortgage advisor that, due to our visa status, we are ineligible for mortgage and no bank will grant it to us unless we come up with some crazy deposit. Having almost lost our hope we reached out to Rebus. Lee has looked into our case and sorted everything out and arranged the mortgage deal. No fuss at all. Very quickly, professionally and with high level of courtesy. Great communication during the process, very clear explanation and also putting in touch with lawyers who dealt with the matter in express fashion!
In the meantime, Joy was keeping us up to date and communicating every progress along the way. We could feel that they communicate with the lawyers and are on top of things. Great experience for us, especially being First Time Buyers and being at the point of almost lost hope! If you have ever been told that you cannot get the mortgage, you have to give Rebus FS a call!

I would sincerely recommend Rebus as a professional broker. In our particular situation we had been anxious that we may not be able to find a mortgage due to my wife currently being on a spouse visa, but Rebus swiftly allayed those fears and under these (more complicated than usual) conditions, found us a mortgage in principle within 48 hours, at the LTV we wanted, followed by a good mortgage offer.

Absolutely fabulous service, as first time buyers we were made to feel very welcome and not silly for not knowing about the process! So helpful every step of the way, friendly and kind, made the process much less scary and stressful than we thought it would be! Communications have been fab throughout and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Cannot recommend enough!

I was looking for a morgage for a while but I could not find an offer. Nadine was the only one that managed to find one for me! Not only that but she was also always willing to answer all my questions, I think I had a million of them, she gave me a very competitive offer that I am very happy about and supported me through all the steps! Joy's articles about the process and the steps give structure to a chaotic situation and I highly appreciate them
