Voglio segnalare il comportamento scorretto della segreteria del cashback "Finish Ultimate Plus" gestito tramite il sito AmiCasa. Ho partecipato regolarmente caricando nei tempi la fattura ufficiale scaricata direttamente dal mio account Amazon in formato PDF nativo.La segreteria ha respinto la pratica sostenendo che il file fosse "non visibile". Trattandosi di un documento digitale originale e perfetto, scaricato direttamente da Amazon, il problema è chiaramente un bug del loro sistema di lettura automatica.Ho inviato prove e screenshot dimostrando che la fattura Amazon è perfettamente leggibile, ma liquidano le mie email con risposte automatiche e preimpostate, dicendo che "il concorso è finito e non si possono fare integrazioni".Io non voglio integrare nulla, pretendo solo che verifichiate il file corretto che vi ho inviato nei termini! Chiedo che il brand Finish Italia intervenga per sbloccare il mio Ticket [#786228928766] ed evitare che un problema tecnico della vostra piattaforma si trasformi in un pretesto per non pagare i rimborsi dovuti a chi ha acquistato regolarmente su Amazon. Les produits lave vaisselle FINISH POWERBALL en forme tablettes avec petit cellophane ne valent strictement rien - Tout reste gras les filtres sont encrassées – La vaisselle est très mal lavée - Il faut prendre les ULTIMATE pour avoir enfin un bon résultat - Les autres basiques sont décevants, maintenant je m'en sert pour décalcariser et nettoyer mes WC pour ne pas les jeter à la poubelle - Chères et très décevantes, obligé de mettre des aditifs d'autres produits pour enfin avoir un semblant de résultat. Lysol clean and fresh multi surface product has been deluded from 5 oz to make a gallon to 21.6 Oz to make a gallon. Packaging looks the same price is more expensive very deceptive. Disappointing from a brand I used to trust.

It took me about 30 minutes, a hobby knife, tweezers, broken fingernails, a magnifying glass and a stomach ache to open the pot, and peel back the ultra sticky label NOT to find out how many to take.
The latter took Google 5 secs ( but it didn't open the lid )
I'll stick to peppermint in future. It's cheaper too.

I use Calgon washing machine tablets to prevent limescale, they don't dissolve at 30 degrees or 40 degrees or 60 degrees and leave residue on the laundry and when it's white bedding it looks awful. They are not cheap either.

On the tv they are regularly advertising gaviscon double action tablets a fantastic treatment for acid reflux. As we were going away I bought some at the airport at a cost of nearly £15. We only take a small bag so I couldn’t purchase the liquid. What a waste of money and I struggled without the gaviscon liquid. They are supposed to be chewable yet all they do is stick to your teeth and are more like a chalk sweet but it says chew not suck I have tried to email the manufacturer to no avail as the link doesn’t seem to exist. This is the worst product I have ever purchased. The advert is on constantly and just annoys me as they are not what I envisaged.

Reckitt Benckiser's products in the UK have left much to be desired. I've found their quality inconsistent, their prices unjustifiably high, and their customer service frustratingly unhelpful. Overall, my experiences with this company have been disappointing.

Why is there no update on Fybogel! I need to take this every day for diverticulosis. Been unable to get it on prescription since before Christmas 2023. Absolutely appalling. No reason given. So what am I, and people in the same position, expected to do when it's not available anywhere?

E45 CREAM......... Absolutely disgusting complaints department regarding my purchase of E45 Moisturising Cream. First of all it states on the bottle, no perfumes, no chemicals and very kind to sensitive skin. I beg to differ, my face instantly felt soar and felt a burning sensation, then the next morning my skin was flaking, so please buyer's beware because the Reckit company who deals with the complaints are absolutely disgusting in every sense of the word. Five phone calls and every person I spoke to promised me a reply either by phone or email and yes as you all guessed not one reply of any kind. Pathetic PR skills and us consumers are just swept under the carpet. Bad company, pathetic personnel working for them. Anyone having any issues with this company should write down a review and maybe, just maybe, the CEO may get their backside in gear and get it sorted.

Everything that thay sell is under weight. Ripping us off on a regular basis. Claim it was some other company who sold it.

Het is een verschrikkelijk bedrijf met schadelijke producten! Ik heb bijna 6 maanden geleden het merk Veet wax strips gekocht voor de ongewenste haren op de rug, na het gebruik gelijk huiduitslag , het lichaam was direct daarna ontstoken en inwendige bloedingen onder de huid, had gevaar op bloedstollingen. Het probleem bij de aankoppunt Kruidvat gemeld, Kruidvat heeft mij in deze zaak heel netjes bijgestaan en het product voor onderzoek naar Reckitt doorgestuurd, Reckitt beweerde eerst dat het product daar niet aangekomen zou zijn, na mail verkeer met de Kruidvat het product toch boven water gekomen, na lange tijd wachten beweert Reckitt nu dat het niets aan product mankeert en het product verkeerd gebruikt zou zijn , omdat ik het onderzoek van Reckitt niet vertrouwde heb ik het product die onderzocht zou zijn teruggevraagd wat overigens nog steeds mijn eigendom is, maar Reckitt zegt dat het product na het onderzoek is vernietigd. Tevens zeer slechte klantenservice, de beloftes blijven uit, contact persoon bij Reckitt is ook van de zaak afgehaald terwijl die dame haar best deed om mijn klacht op redelijke wijze te oplossen. Managers van dit bedrijf zijn zeer onmenselijk en ten aanzien van gezondheid van de consument zeer onverantwoordelijk!! Ze durven ook een nog een mail te versturen met dreigende taal als je tegen hun verdere juridische stappen wilt nemen!!

Mr Sheen new design cap. We have been loyal to this product for many years, however their new nozzle design is unusable. The original press down applicator has been replaced by a plastic moulded spring arrangement; this design requires more force to use and the end result is that I (with RSI) and my wife (with arthritis) cannot use it. As a work-around I decided to remove the poorly designed top to see if I could reinstate the old mechanism. I then found the other issue with the new design, in that the product wells up inside the applicator and is not dispensed. I have informed Reckits of this, together with images of the product building up within the cap, and hope that they will redesign the cap, or better still continue to offer the older and more usable design. As a workaround it is possible to remove the cap, extract the white nozzle, and insert it back on to the can without the red plastic cap - it may need a bit glue to hold it in place. This seems to be working OK for now.

The worst customer relationship I have ever experienced !
I bought two boxes of the Finish powerball capsules for my dish washer. On the box it states no unwrapping of the tablet BUT you HAVE TO BECAUSE IT IS INSIDE A TINFOIL COVER! I telephoned the company in Mayand was told it was a mistake and they would reimburse me with a voucher. I have phoned at least three times since and last time was told they are waiting for the vouchers to be printed and would be in touch! NOTHING. three different people have said they would p[hone me back, though I don't know what for. Why won't they reimburse me as it's their false statement on the box. I would never have bought them if I knew I would have to unwrap every time, as it crumbles the tablet. It is their mistake. I have the two boxes with ALL the wrappings inside. Terrible, heartless company.

Scrivo x prodotto Finish Ultimate all in 1 pubblicizzato come magico che lava le stoviglie più sporche e incostante. Assolutamente non vero, la capsula poi non si scioglie del tutto e lascia residui sulle stoviglie. Non è vero che non si devono sciacquare prima i piatti. NEGATIVO torno al mio detersivo liquido di altra marca sicuramente migliore

I have been using Calgon for the past 18 months hope that it would clean my washing machine. I have recently had an engineer out and he has told me that using Calgon won't make a tiny difference. I then wrote a complaint to reckitt and their response was that Calgon should be used on new machines as it won't remove any old limescales on older machines. How come that is not specified in their adverts. They just want customers to waste their money so they can make more profits.

We bought Finish Powerball tablets for the dishwasher. They contain a string blue dye which can leak from the sachets. If you get this on your hands and then touch things in the kitchen it’s impossible to remove so we now have stains in surfaces in the kitchen. Not what I expected from a dishwasher tablet! The worst bit is that it’s almost impossible to inform this company about the fault in their product! No email address! The website link doesn’t work ! Very poor!
